I have been loyal to Fitbit since the clip ons, until today. They released the Sense with know issues. The Sense will not hold a charge. I asked for a replacement and I will have to send in first then they will replace - poor policy and not customer friendly. Software issues-poor QA

good affordable watch. does not sync well though with a i phone

It was a present for my daughter-she was very positive on it.

I have been a fitbit guy since they came out. My surge just died so I decided to go for the current best. It has all the feature I need and more. I just got it and it has so many more features than my old one. I am sure I will be learning this for awile.

I bought this for my daughter, and she loves it, and thinks it's just great!! I bought her one years ago, and she wore and used it everyday until the charge wouldn't hold and the watch itself wouldn't work properly.

Great features battery is very poor does not last six days at most lasts one day.

This item is very easy to setup and convert from an older model. Lots of great features.

Not sure how accurate total steps are. Instructions could be clearer.

This was an upgrade from the fitbit and really not much difference other than cost. Should have returned it

I bought this watch for my wife who wanted a fit bit watch for her training and how many steps she has been doing in our neighborhood, and she loves it very much ,she sleeps with it all the time

Great product, got it mostly for the Google assistant. The fitbit part added some fun to my daily routine.

I highly recommend this smart watch over any of the other models available from Fitbit. This does more than the lesser expensive models. Not to mention you can take phone calls on the watch.

Love it I love all the amazing things it can do it will even let you take phone calls and read texts I have a older Fitbit but this one is amazing compared to the both of them

I got this for my wife and she seems to like it although I don't think she uses half of its features.

I love it Love all the geeky nerdy fitness features it offers. I’m used to the Fitbit Eco system and was pleasantly surprised how similar it was for me to acclimate this huge upgrade in device and user friendly the apps are. Highly recommended

It was for my mother. She loves it and has no complaints. She has everything she needs and more. Our only complaint is the membership for the premium is pretty expensive for what i think is worth

I really like fitbits. Started with the first fitbit charge. Then got the versa but upgraded to ionic for gps. Did not care for the charger on it. My latest is the sense. All the features plus great charge cord

Good smartwatch,only drawback, you can't play music locally.

The watch worked fine until it suddenly died. No warning. I contacted fitbit and the refused to help because the warranty of 1yr was over. Too expensive for a single year product.

Has a lot of great features which is why I purchased this one for me and another one for my wife. However, the smartwatch is erratic in recording my nightl sleep info and also when I go out for walks - it is hit or miss in recording my heart rate info during walks even though I ALWAYS make sure my watch is secured properly on my arm the correct distance from my wrist bone.
