Great product that allowed me to track my health goals.

I replaced my Samsung smart watch with this primarily for the battery life, which has not disappointed. I get several days between charges. I hope that they are able to add to the available apps. An example would be the wallet. Of all my debit and credit cards, only one works. Overall, very happy with this. There are several wellness apps that I think are very beneficial. Other Fitbit watches have fallen apart in less than 2 years mostly due to the band. I don't think I'll have that problem with this.

The watch is working very well now, but initially I had problems with the syncing. I had my old fit bit on there and when I removed it, the new synced well. I am just sorry I could not keep both synced. Everything says it is supposed to work with more than one.

My son had been looking for a health monitoring watch with cell phone capabilities, basically an apple watch. After doing some research and narrowing down what he was looking for I decided to get him the Fitbit. While it does not have the smart phone features it was the health features that won him over. He was using this daily and sleeping with it as well to monitor his sleeping patterns. Just want to note that he got a slight rash/burn on his arm from the back of the face after the first day or two of wearing it. Also, he accidently dropped it on the floor and the screen shattered :(

Battery life is stellar, and fast charging is an amazing feature to have, I can get another day or two of battery life just by throwing the watch on the charger while I'm in the shower. Fitness and sleep tracking is excellent, with the exception of heart tracking when it comes to sudden spikes (like when starting a workout). When this happens, the watch is slow to catch up to my actual heartrate. Once it does, it is generally accurate. Having Alexa on the watch is great, and the new UI is excellent.

Does what you would hope it would do. Captures exercise, sleep, etc. A little finicky sometimes. Good cross between fitbit and smart watch.

Gift for my mom so she can track her steps and sleep. She’s enjoying it.

Great product my wife absolutely loves it, she wears it every day including when she is sleeping. It tracks her steps, sleep pattern, heart rate, shows messages it absolutely does everything she wants it to do. So i would highly recomend this product to any athlete or just anyone in general

Easy to set up. Like the screen. Variable bands available and good for tracking everything fitness and health oriented

Fitbit worked well. The only problem was that the charging device within 3 months was no longer functional and I had to buy a replacement. In fact, I’ve had to buy 3 of them over the last year and a half since I’ve had it. Overall, it works fine. Not sure why there’s a variance between the BPM on the watch when working out compared to the chest or arm band heart rate monitors.

The battery life on this watch is awesome, I charge it about every 5th day. I like the features, including the 1 lead ekg.
