I do like all the watch futures. But I would like to have someone in the store to assist setting the watch. It took few tries to st it up. Still some things that I would like to be assisted to set it up

I started with a Fitbit Charge HR several years ago, then upgraded to the Samsung Active. I wanted to upgrade some of the health metrics and was comparing the Apple Watch 6 vs the Fitbit Sense. Ultimately I decided to go with the Fitbit Sense due to the extra health metrics it offered. It paired easily with my IPhone 12. Haven't had any issues. The step count seems to be much better than my previous watch versions. I also like the ECG feature. And of course, the hourly reminders to get up and move are helpful for those of us with desk jobs! The battery life is soooo much better than my previous watches. Overall I have enjoyed the Fitbit Sense.

Upgraded from Fitbit Alta HR. Love the clock face - very easy to read outside. Many exercise modes to choose from. However, the treadmill mileage is WAY OFF. Can’t change the mileage so the only choice is to delete and manually add. Being able to answer calls on the watch makes me feel like Dick Tracy! Whoever thought that would be possible!

This is fourth Fitbit that I have owned, I broke the glass on my last one. It is everything that I expected except the battery does not last quite as long as advertised. It is still good but I expected more based on advertising. I added premium service as it is offered on a free try-out. I like the band design more than the last one that I had

First comment is not about the Fitbit itself, it is about delivery. Was not even close to when I was told it would be delivered. First was on the day they said, then they said it would be a day earlier than original date, then two days after the original date. Fitbit itself is ok, it does what it was advertised to do but it has to be charged every other day. What happened to the four or five day charge?

I like this watch a lot. I do wish it would tell me what my temp is and not some weird baseline crap measurement. I also wish the app would display all the info and not have a pointless health metrics area. We got this watch to help track certain fertility issues. It does an adequate job but they are seriously lacking on allowing us to view the information.

I have a history of AFIB. Thanks to the ECG for alerting me that I was in AFIB. It saved me from a stroke or heart attack. There were 3 of us in the hospital that were alerted to our AFIB due to the smart watch.

The Sense has been a great purchase. I am able to track my fitness activity, heart rate, and also keep score of how well (or not) I am sleeping. Being able to look in and see how I am doing helps me make incremental changes to my health and well-being. I do like the ability to add apps, however I am a little dismayed over the lack of apps available to download. My only wish was that there were more options to choose from. Not a deal-breaker, but more features is always a good thing. Another downside is the band. I have some issues with breathability, but I replaced it with a different band and have had much better results. I also signed up for a premium account on Fitbit and have had a great time tracking all of my progress and setting up goals. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and hope to enjoy it for a long time.

Positive first: Battery life is good compared to samsung. The fitness aspect is awful. An hour on the elliptical and don't get to fat burn or cardio until last 10 minutes and only burn 180 calories. 50 cardio and strength I didn't reach fat burn and cardio until the workout was 95% done. I'm not cheating when I'm doing these workouts

Love the watch. The accessories are awesome. My only complaint is if you have a protective frame case on your watch you cannot use the stress indicator without removing the case.
