An excellent watch with useful features!

This is a fine watch with useful features. In that respect it is much like my Withings, which I also bought at Best Buy. I have worn both at the same time on either arm and compared their readings and initially found that the FitBit seems to count more steps than does my Withings. The same is true with calories burned. Hmmmm... After a couple of weeks the FitBit seemed to "learn" my movements and began to come closer to the Withings, which I have owned and used a bit longer and even the sleep measurements are closer in their measurements now. Pulse rate varies wildly with both watches and seems dependent upon the placement of the watch on your forearm/wrist. The FitBit has a Weather feature that is nice. Via the GPS on my Motorola phone (also purchased at Best Buy,,,A trend is beginning to show, LOL!) and will keep track of at least two geographical areas. Home and work or wherever I happen to go throughout my day. It was reading Celsius until I changed it in the Application on my phone. I am very pleased with all aspects of the FitBit except the battery life which is roughly a week. Compared to the Withings 30 days, that is a bit weak but overall both watches have their + and - factors and are more than adequate for my needs and I think my needs are honest and reasonable: Accurate time and date, BPM pulse rate, calories burned and given my age (I am a seasoned citizen!), the ECG found on both watches. You can also enter into the Application on your phone how much water you have drank throughout your day and there is an entry for food consumed. I have used the water feature but not the one for food. Perhaps one day but I tend to eat the same items every day and as such find it unnecessary. The Exercise mode on the FitBit is quite useful and I primarily use the weight training feature as I have been a physical culturist (a healthy bodybuilder!) for decades now and it keeps track of my pulse, time training and steps. The goal for my pusle is 100 BPM and I rarely make that but it could be my heart is more efficient that some folks my age? The charging cable is rather short so I will be looking for a longer one soon. Also, the FitBit and the Withings both seen to collect sweat and dirt on the underside of their bands and the watch body, so be certain to keep them clean as the backside of the watch is where the charging contacts are and they must have a clean surface to make a good connection. Both of these watches need that so this is not a negative, just a real world observation that should be noted! All in all, I recommend the FitBit without reservation, As I said, I also have and to be honest, also recommend the Withings. Both are great at what they do and I expect that with time and technology advances, features will become more accurate and when they do so I will upgrade one or both watches to fit my wants and more importantly, my needs. Trust me. I know what I'm doin' when I'm reviewin'!

There is a much bigger learning curve to fully utilize this Fitbit version. But it does perform as described although the battery time between charges seems less than my Versa 2.

It's gamified working out and incentivised staying healthy for me. Got this mainly for sleep tracking to be able to correct little things and increase my deep sleep. Overall I'm satisfied with the watch and I like how it looks. I have little nitpicks about the UI but overall I bought it as a health tracker in mind and not a smart watch. If you are looking for a smart watch I wouldn't recommend but as a health tracker/watch it's good.

Bought this for my wife and was initially impressed with the product. It had one major drawback however, in that the apps loaded on the watch draw down its power. After about a month you have to plug it in every day which is a major pain. I have a $50 watch that lasts four days and has the same functions.

Did not last more than a year, it couldn’t charge even though it still on charging cable for two or more days still has manufacturer warranty, replaced it but looks like it just reconditioned and returned and the same problem persist. I have no option but to trashed it.

Bought an apple watch first and returned it. If you want fitbit, i.e. sleep monitoring etc, there is no other brand that does what they do. If you want app variations then probably apple watch is better. But the fitbit does phone, email, texts, music, etc.

Christmas gift. Mom enjoys it. Good size screen. Intuitive. Use many or few of the options; either way, you won't go wrong with fitbit sense.

Really like the Sense and its battery life - 5-6 days. It is lightweight and easy to wear. There are two bands so it will accommodate women with small wrists and men with large ones. It is easy to get on/off. It charges rapidly. Be aware of the initial learning curve so read the online user manual. Take some time when you first get it to set it up the way you want as it has a lot of flexibility in settings.

Faulty charging at 13 months, died at 18 months

Worked for 13 months (albeit with buggy functionality, disconnecting to phone and Spotify repeatedly). Then it started to have issues charging (would only charge about 1/2 the time, requiring a lot of tinkering). Now it won’t charge at all despite doing all of the possible troubleshooting. Completely dead. Fitbit has a one year warranty and the product dies at 13 months. That speaks to the poor quality of their devices. I spoke to their customer service and they offer a 35% discount on a new device. I told them that they scammed me once for $200, not again. Unfortunately, lesson learned. Don’t waste your money on fitbit

I already have the Black Fitbit Sense. I love it and purchased this because I love the color and it was on sale. It works with my phone and integrates with Weight Watchers for tracking. I have the plus tracking and it allows for challenges for myself and as a team.

The display is clear and easy to read. The battery life is excellent. The sleep tracker is reliable and the heart rate tracker is great. This is my third fitbit and by far the best. I like the added features.
