Stylish watch and strap is strong. Lots of features. Easy to sync with my phone, just download the fitbit app and everything will be easy.

Love this Fitbit Sense smartwatch I purchased for myself on a Black Friday sale. I have only had for a month and the results are already beyond my expectations. Feeling better everyday and living a healthier lifestyle. 5 star rating.

Except for the sleep function, the watch was good while it lasted (15 months). Being it cost me $250.00, that works out to 250 / 15 = 16 and lots of sixes. ($16.6666667 for those who don't get it) per month. Not a good deal if you ask me. Also, the charger took a dump a few months ago. After looking at it in detail, it's a very poor design. They've offered me a 35% discount on a new device. A new Sense 3 costs $300.00. Approx $195.00. I'll go ahead and do it being new fitness trackers on this level seem to run a bit more. This is not a certainty though. As a practice, I'm getting away from all tech giant products whenever possible. Easier said than done. Honestly, being Google stores and gets rich off my data, they should give me the frigging watch for free!!

I am not completely happy about the situation that led to my getting the device. My adult 'kid' absolutely needed a charge cord as theirs was being shipped across the country and we were driving to get there. Bet buy had the device but not the charge cord; it was the second time this happened but the first time I was able to get express shipping on a third party cable which was very cheap. This time that was not an option. So, I purchased the new Sense (have a Charge 4). As for the device itself, I thought about returning it when I got home from the trip but it was almost outside the 14-day window, and I decided to keep it. The brightness and color are much better. However, one of the big drawbacks of the Charge 4 is how hard it is to utilize in the winter (upper Midwest, it gets COLD) and I do not know how that will work with the new device. Thus this is an incomplete review - works well now and better than the Charge 4 but...? The band is more comfortable than the Charge 4 but I have a very thin wrist and so it is not perfect.

I recently upgraded from a charge 4. I love the additional features of the sense. And a bonus feature is the text messages are a little bigger. So I can read them without my glasses

I'm a bit disappointed in this fitbit. Face scratched easily, can't track exercise as I'm working out now. Tried customer service and they couldn't fix and and never heard back as promised. Not sure if I'll purchase another of this brand.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! I have been an avid Fitbit user for 10 years but will no longer be buying their products after having this watch. After only having the Sense for 5 months, my entire screen shattered. I contacted Fitbit to replace the screen and found out that it’s impossible to have the screen replaced!!! The screens don’t fall under their warranty and it’s too expensive for other agencies to replace. The Sense also struggles to maintain an accurate heart rate, complete waste of money all around.

This is a great smartwatch for the more fitness focused person , I got it for my wife to use on her runs and she loves it! I would recommend getting a replacement strap as the one the came with it irritated her wrist

It was great when I bought it it last about a year or two and had no problems with it I’ll probably buy the Fitbit since two shortly.

I have had several of the iterations of the Fitbit but the Sense beats them all hands down. It keeps track of all of the essential data needed to understand your daily activities and makes you feel more confident about exercise and staying fit.

I love my Fitbit. I get to answer calls, read and respond to text messages, listen to music and more. The only issue that I have is the band keeps coming off.

I have always had fitbit in the past but this one is pure junk the phone quality is very bad so now going to buy a Samsung and not going back to fitbit after the experience with this one

Had for almost two years. No complaints. My wife and I love the watch. Of course, what ever I buy for myself she gets one also. Lol.

I have had several Smart and exercise watches but the Fitbit Sense is the most outstanding thus far for its stylish appearance, accurate metrics, battery life, ekg and other apps. It couples perfectly with the Fitbit app on my android phone. For a small optional fee, you can subscribe to Fibit Premium which interacts with the Sense to provide a wealth of health information such as sleep metrics, helps you develop goals, etc. I am still learning all the features but, so far am very pleased and would recommend it to anyone serious about exercise, health and well being.

Purchased watch for mom for Christmas. 6 months in and it does not work and does not turn on. She used it daily for the 6 months it worked. I checked the watch and charging mechanism and it was not user error. Would not recommend.

Can't read text messages. Ok other then that alright. Went back to a smart watch.

Bought this as a gift for my wife, and she really loves it so far! She enjoys being able to read texts from her new watch, as well as all of the new features she's finding little by little. Very glad I decided on this one, it's a no-brainer!
