Easy to use , helpful in daily fitness , comfortable to wear

Not as pleased with as Versa. It just does not do what my other watch did.

This replaced a Versa2 that I had for 3 years. The Sense gives me additional data to keep me on track with my health goals.

I love the style, comfort, features, everything...except the battery life.

Battery only last 4 days other then that I like it. When I researched the watch it said that the battery last 6+ days... Well that's was a lie. I've gotten 4 days I tried 5 but it was down to 3% on the 5th so the charger it went. If I could find a watch that only has to charge once a week I'd definitely buy it. For now I'm settling for this until something with a better battery life comes along. Oh yeah I've never used the premium features and the watch does work awesome just like any other smart watch but battery life is my concern

After one year (ONE MONTH outside of the warranty) the Fitbit started on a constant rebooting loop. I have tried all of the factory reset suggestions (not even given to me by customer support, but found through YouTube videos, as customer support suggested absolutely nothing). WAYYY too expensive to die after one year. Will not be purchasing from Fitbit again.

Be aware the ECG app doesn't work outside if the US.

This watch is not easy for older folks to understand and use. I bought this for my mom, who is 70, and it confuses her. Also, the quality of this watch and charging cables is an issue. We've had to buy 5 new charging cables in 16 months, which is ridiculous. Fitbit customer support was unwilling to help us with this issue, blaming us for how we are charging it. They didn't ask for any pictures or any details to assist with troubleshooting. I wouldn't recommend this watch or Fitbit in general based on this experience.

Bought this for my daughter. She absolutely loves it, a far improvement over the previous model. Unfortunately, she is alergic to the band. No other issues.

I have owned several Fitbit watches and the Sense is the best yet! Pair it with the premium subscription plan and you get very useful information and added features!

Amazing Fitbit watch and activity tracker. My wife bought it after breaking her Apple Watch. This is a very inexpensive replacement with everything she needs.

My Fitbit broke and I was looking for something new. The sense is perfect. Love everything about it. Especially the ease of swapping out band compared to the Charge 2.

Ended up returning this for a Samsung watch so I could receive phone calls and text without having to carry my phone. The fitbit just doesnt have near the capabilities of ither watches. May be enough for some but I wanted the ootion if leaving my ohone behind while hiking.
