I have had a Versa 3 for a year and love it. I bought this Sense for my husband. I haven't really looked into comparing the features of the two, but so far it's been great and I will probably buy one for myself if and when my Versa 3 bites the dust. The battery life is awesome and my husband loves it. He has had it since April and still discovering things it can do! Lol

This watch does exactly what I needed it to do, including helping me watch my stress levels, something which I never thought possible.

Dont like that it loses connection. Never had that problem before with my other fitbits. Have to keep forgetting the device and reconnecting it for it to work. Other than that no other issues.

Love it! I have owned all of the different styles and this is by far the best and most accurate. When training for marathons and tracking times, this fitbit has done great!

Not what Fitbit used to be...

Honestly, I am not very happy with this one from Fitbit. The older (2 generations ago) was way better than new ones. I got this to replace the last year HR (screen died slowly). While this one has good functions (I know) and so, the readings are different and the battery doesn't last as they claim. The bracelet caused me skin irritation and peeling of skin. I've seen a lot of people complaining about the glass shattering for no reason. Well I have mine for a while now (almost a month) and no shattering glass yet. I have kind of harsh work environment and still ok. The oxygen monitor doesn't work if you don't have the appropriate clock face selected. I hate that.

    Wrist Rash Preventing Use

Can't really use the product how I want. I wore it good for a couple of weeks, as much as possible aside from charging it. Then, I noticed my wrist started to itch and get a rash. I took the watch off for maybe a week and cleaned it. When I put the watch back on, my wrist was itching again that day. I have decided to wait a little longer before wearing it again, but basically, I have an expensive product I can't fully utilize how I wanted. It tracks activities and sleep, so it must be intended to wear as much as possible, correct?!

This watch was very well designed from a comfort and functionality perspective. Long time Charge user that wanted to upgrade to a smart watch. Love the ability to read texts and answer phone calls. Can’t respond to texts on iPhone with this watch but that is a small trade off to continue using Fitbit tracking.

Really enjoying this fitbit. Only thing I was hoping it would have by now is the ability to make and receive calls through the watch, not just accept it to the headset. I believe they are possibly working on a software update to add this feature on. Very comfortable to wear all day and night. Also wish they supported a golf gps app...

Even for serious Fitbit fans the Sense makes little sense, especially at its $300 price point, As a smartwatch the Sense is laggy, often loses connection to its paired phone, has very few apps beyond watch faces (many of which are extra cost) and has very limited options for music. Voice assistant works about half the time due to lost connection with paired phone, and it is far too easy to accidentally trigger the side 'button' but oddly difficult to trigger it intentionally. Fitbit pay works with fewer banks than Apple Pay or Samsung pay. As a fitness tracker it has a very unreliable heart rate monitor (often wildly varying from actual heart rate), its SpO2 monitor cannot be viewed on demand. Exerciae autodetection is unreliable, and it has fewer activity types than Apple Watch. The EDA scan seems like a gimmick. Skin temperature is also not available on demand and can only be seen in a nightly average. Sleep tracking is not consistent either. Finally, some of its most insightful data (including health data) and fitness features (like challenges) are only available with Fitbit Premium which increaes the total cost of the watch significantly. It isnt all bad. The battery life is much better than other similar smartwatches and I ¹it charges quickly with a smart charger design. There are some very nice watch faces. The Band replacement mechanism is very clever and easy to use. It looks premium with stainless steel bezel and a pleasing screen. If the Sense was $199 it would be easier to overlook some of these flaws but for $300 Apple and Samsung both offer superior options. If you like the fitbit ecosystem the Charge 4 offers simular capabilities to the Sense for less than half the price (no ecg or color screen) and if you want a more robust smartwatch Samsung and Apple have superiority.
