I love Fitbit products and this one didn’t disappoint me. This Sense is my third Fitbit product and I am glad I choose it instead of the Apple Watch. It’s easy to use and the screen is exactly what I needed. I really like the fact that it’s a Fitness Watch first and Smartwatch second as that is exactly why I selected it. Great job Fitbit!!

There are more features in this watch than I will ever use but it does help me increase my steps and rate my sleep which is great since I have sleep apnea. It is a good reminder as well for water consumption. The watch band is comfortable and secure.

Love this watch! I had a previous Fitbit watch that died, so I tried to go to the Apple Watch. The Apple battery life is horrible. Doesn’t even last 2 days. This was returned and I purchased the Sense. Love the features it has and easier to use.

The purchase was simple and successful. The product has not proven to be very user friendly for all of the promised features. My wife is having a difficult time getting it to display SpO2 and heart rate concurrently.

This Fitbit is great for detecting your activity and exercise, tracking your steps and how you sleep. The display is very sleek and smooth to swipe through. I’m using the premium membership along with this and I love all the extra resources and guides for exercise, meditation and sleep.

I purchased this for my wife to replace her Apple Watch series 6. She had some issues with the Apple Watch screen and wanted to try out the Fitbit, but after just one weekend returned it. Bottom line: For fitness tracking it just doesn't hold up to Apple's algorithms. She really wanted to like this watch, but unless you are walking with your hands free it can't calculate the steps, so forget about putting it in a walk mode and pushing a stroller or shopping cart. Apple's algorithms can be adjusted to compute this when in "outdoor exercise" mode. Furthermore, my wife noticed that it was less accurate with heart rate monitoring. She knows her typical resting heartrate and this watch's systems detected it as noticeably faster, even when at rest. She actually took it herself one evening and found the watch to be about 20 bpm faster than her actual heartrate. Another use that was important to her was having a second hand as she sometimes needs one to time patients at work. She had to hunt to find a watch face with a second hand. One thing that my wife did like was the longer battery life, but this was not enough to compensate for the deficiencies.

I will preface my review by noting that I owned a Fit Ionic for more than three years, and that I absolutely loved it. When I got the Fitbit Sense, I was super excited. I care a lot about fitness and all of the new features seemed exciting. Unfortunately, after I wore my new sense for a week, I noticed a big problem - the heart rate monitor was wildly inaccurate during exercise sessions. I used my polar heart rate monitor to confirm that the fit bit was off by alot. My heart rate would be at 165 during intense training and my Sense would have it at 110-120. After doing some research, I discovered this is a pretty widespread complaint on fitbit's own forums, one which the company has yet to address or even comment on. Contacting customer service is frustrating, as they read from a script telling you to check the watch's positioning, that lots of factors go into heart rate measurement etc. My friend's apple watch does not have this problem, nor does my old fitbit ionic. It is clearly a software issue. So what to do with a $300 fitness watch that cannot measure the most simple and basic function of exercise? How do I trust anything about this watch if it cannot get this right? Unfortunately, you cant. Dont get me wrong - it is sharp looking, gets compliments, and tells time. If you are just looking for an expensive watch and nothing else, go ahead and buy. If you are looking for actual fitness measurements and support, look elsewhere.

I was disappointed that I couldn't use the watch face I'd been using on my Ionic, but as a health tracker this does more than I need. Once in a while the bluetooth connection has to be re-established. It doesn't need much charging time, so I can use it to track sleep
