Great but not with a Note 9

The health functions were great and the battery life was good. Interface was also pretty good, smooth and fairly intuitive. However, the compatibility was abysmal with my Galaxy Note 9, despite the claim that it's compatible with any Android 10 and up phone. Half the apps and none of the notifications worked. Returned it, and got a Galaxy Watch 4.

Poor Heart Rate Monitoring During Workouts

I bought a new FitBit because my versa 2 heart rate/battery was no longer working and I would have been better off saving my money or making the conversion to an Apple watch. To say I'm upset is an understatement. If you care about heart rate monitoring during a work out (weights, air bike), save yourself the money and buy something else.

The lady likes it, coming from a Charge 2 which the face plate fell out of after a bump. I really like the strap on this one; has a good feel to it (comfortable) and no complaints from the user who has it on daily.

Is it a huge upgrade from the Versa 2? NO but the additional heart sensors and band attachment is a worthwhile upgrade.
