Got it for my mom for Christmas. We’ve had a Fitbit since 2012 and it was just time for an upgrade.

Nothing to do with the function of the Fitbit, rather than the design flaw of the placement of the battery ports, with the way it has to charge. I have trouble charging it because the ports that the battery has to make contact with are dirty due to the ports being on the bottom of the Fitbit, which is in contact with the skin. The ports are really small & hard to clean. Other than that, it works like it's supposed to.

I love my watch. It has changed my exercising ha its tremendous. Will recommend it to anyone.

I only need to have health related data on a watch. I already have a smartphone and I don't want to charge another device every single day. That’s why I keep buying this watch. Very affordable, reliable, charge typically last about a week.

Good item for my elderly aunt. Easy to use but cheaper than an apple watch.

I have used every fitbit made. This one disappointed me. No matter what, I can't get it out of military time. It also frequently tells the wrong time, such as 29 hrs 19 minutes. If I twist my wrist, then it will finally go to the right time. In terms of o2 levels, sleep, heart rate, etc- it is one of the best. But I switched from the Charge 4 to this because I wanted a bigger watch face. It has really frustrated me, because except for the watch, it is definitely one of the best.

The wife really liked this gift. It was a good deal and she appreciates the features of this watch.

My daughter loves it, setting it up with the app is a pain at first though.

Made the switch from Google is. Great profile, getting all of my notifications as well.

I ordered the Sence 1. The Bestbuy contractor "Roadies", even though I was at home waiting, did not deliver my product. When I tried to reorder, the watch was out of stock. Therefore, I had to order the Sence. This Sence crashed and fitbit sent me a replacement. Would not purchase a Sence. Exploring Fitbit Comunity site site the sence has multiple issues.

This was purchased as an early christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it.

Love the sleep mode and ekg reading. The washing hands and water reminders are perfectly timed.

Works well. like the bells and whistles. Wish band that came with it were better. clasped.
