This Fitbit is just as good as the Apple Watch, but at a fraction of the price. Love it!!

I was excited to get this watch but my excited died very quickly. The first time i had to charge it, it would not change. The connection between the charger and the back of the watch just would not work. I returned it, thinking there was something wrong. The replacement watch would not charge or sync. This watch overall was a failure. I had to return the second one too. When i called Fitbit to get help, they offered to send me a replacement watch - a refurbished reclassified new watch for by brand new 14 day old watch. Are you kidding me? They also refused to return the $60 warranty fee i pay telling me it non-refundable, even though their watch did not work and i no longer had the watch a couple of weeks after the initial purchase. I have owned and purchased about 20 Fitbit watches. I will never purchase another one. Their quality has severely diminished.

Didn't keep. Far too complicated for me--I prefer not to take a lot of time learning how to use a new device, and this one was not out of the box ready for my purposes.

I am extremely pleased with my new Fitbit Sense!! I previously had the Charge 4 but the watch band was difficult to replace!! I highly recommend the Fitbit Sense. It is stylish and has a good battery life!!

My wife is actually love this better than her Apple Watch.

was broken in six months. Sent it to fitbit for repair under warranty. Fitbit gave no reply for months and then when contacted about status they said it's been too long and they would not return broken item or a repaired / new item. Warranty sucks. Would never do business with them again

It's good, I am already using Ionic, I like fitness apps and quality of measurement.

Bought as a gift and it seems to be working well and worth the upgrade over the ionic.

Love the look and all the features this watch offers. The health insights is awesome.

Worked perfectly but has since stopped showing any sign of life. I tried to factory reset, tried to resync to my phone but so face nothing has worked. Read reviews and it seems this is common with this particular version. Also purchased the Versa for my mom, she loves it and it has been perfect for her and her needs.

I like the fact that I can read my Fitbit without my glasses.

This is a replacement for a Versa that my wife had. She loves it.

Good for most options. Got it for the oxygen sensor, but I am disappointed with it. The recording of the oxygen is hit or miss - mostly miss.

I Loved the new band ,it’s easy to put on and take off

The watch has a lot of great features but unfortunately you have to have a subscription to “premium” features

Very high quality health/time piece. My aunt loves it and wears it to the gym.

I am very happy with my Fitbit Sense. It is working very well. So far all the applications I have tried have worked well. It also holds a charge for several days. I have only had to charge once a week, sometimes twice. I have also found it very easy to navigate.
