I really wanted to love this watch. It has a lot of great features: always on display, can take phone calls, shows all notifications, great sleep tracking, great display. However, the new button design on the side is very difficult to press, and you have to press so many times a day to use the watches features, it's annoying. Also, I found the heart rate tracking to be way off - I tested this against my heart rate strap, Garmin watch, and Amazon Halo View, and this Fitbit watch was the only one that was always way off. Last, this watch would disconnect from my Android phone 1-2 times a day and I would need to restart both devices to get it to work again.

The Sense is a good fitness watch and a good smartwatch. I gave it 3 stars because I am waiting for the EKG and a better spO2. Also waiting for Google Home. The overnight spO2 does not seem to work too well if you get up several times. I had problems with it maintaining a connection with my cell phone early one, but it seems okay now.

It's has great features for a smartwatch with health tracking if you're willing to pay extra for premium service but the battery life is still crippling. The app store is lacking creativity with few third party apps offering anything of substantial usability.

I’ve had this for a few months and I like it so far. Got this on sale for $199.99. Doesn’t have as many features/functions as other smart watches, but it was a good value in my opinion.

I purchased this smartwatch to replace a cheap off-brand one that was fairly limited in functionality, wasn't counting all my steps, and gave inaccurate pulse readings. This does all the things that I want it to do plus more. I have never owned a Fitbit, but I can see why they seem to be so popular to those who don't have the Apple watch. There's a lot of cool functions and a decent selection of apps that can help when you're not in immediate vicinity to your phone. I have already dropped this watch on the ground by accident a few times when I try to take it off, but so far it's been sturdy. The free six month subscription to the Fitbit premium service is nice, but I don't know if it's worth maintaining a subscription once it expires.

I am enjoying my Fitbit Sense. Works great so far.

Great watch. Does great job with heart rate and sleep. Battery life is also very good.

Just didn't fit my lifestyle and I got an allergic reaction to the band. It did less than I expected for the price.

My 4th Fitbit watch. Waterproof and used for lap swimming this model is easier to operate then the Versa 2. Love the app that Fitbit uses with their watches.
