    Frustrating Sync problems

My review would increase to 4 and possibly 5 stars in the future if two items were addressed by Fitbit. The first I simply have no patience for, which is horribly poor blue tooth interface with my Apple phone. I am two full months into use and it started poorly, and has never gotten better. There are two Syncs, one for the Sense and the other Sense Controls (text/phone). I also assume that Amazon Alexa is part of Sense Controls. I regularly get errors when trying to use the Alexa feature that it's lost connection. Each time it forces me back to opening my phone app, and then manually syncing. After an hour or so, it goes right back to the same problem. There are similar problems with just basic step syncing too. I often have to do manual syncs, and quite regularly they are pretty slow to complete. My search for answers seems to keep leading to "Forget the device and resync to blue tooth". Multiple attempts to do so lead to the same problem. The second item that would need to be addressed (future release) is the battery life. Just know that you will not reach anywhere near the possible one week referenced. I do not exceed fairly average use and have never cleared 4 days without some charging. It ashamed those items exist as otherwise I would rate this very high. Unless something changes, in a couple of years when I seek replacement, an Apple Watch may be the selection.

    Great Fitbit, horrible charger design.

Great fitbit but the charging cable crapped out about a month after I purchased this item. Apparently it is a known issue due to the little contact pin on the charger. If they get pushed into the charger, it will not charge the watch. Called Fitbit and they replaced it quickly, so I give 4 stars for poor design on the charger only.

Very good for overall specs and sta cards of the all new 2020, fitbit sense. Heart rate can be off slightly at times. Calorie counter can be slightly inacurate.

I love this fitbit except there's one thing that annoys me. I can't keep it synced with my phone to receive and send text messages. Phone calls sync just fine and so do emails.

It has all the features that I could ask for, especially when I am on the move a lot. This purchase is NOT a regret because I wanted this watch for a while, and I finally purchased it. For being on the move a lot, it does remind you when to eat or when to drink water which is nice because I sometimes forget. If you are like me, try this watch out and you would like it, too!

Many features, as to be expected of a $300 smart watch. The provided wrist band is comfortable to use. I really like using the sleep score function. It tells me the statistics of how I have been sleeping. EKG feature feels like a gimmick. Battery life could be better. It only lasts 2 days for me. Screen could be smoother. Swiping on the watch feels very laggy Music features are abysmal. No LTE support, and no way to add songs to the watch. There are only music streaming services that you need to subscribe to. At least add offline storage for Spotify if you're gonna do this, Fitbit.

It is good experience so far. Still trying to learn few things. App could use bit upgrade like connect with phone health app or editing exercise/steps done without wearing Fitbit.
