    It was a gift for my wife, however, we are not technical masters and could not program the watch. Therefore, it just sit in the original case. Question is can someone at Best Buy help make this gift functional??

    I only gave a 3 for this watch for several reasons. One being the price. Other being the lack of watch faces available, and no functionality to always show my heart rate without having to scroll to see it.
