So far so good as it records my heartrate very well and also love that I'm able to get maps of my runs and hikes along with tracking workouts and liftting sessions. Also love how you can set your goals where you want for anything ie number of steps, weight loss or gain, calories, food or water.

Best fitbit they have made. It looks great works great. Battery power not as good as the flex or the charge. But it still gives you 6 full days fully charged. The music control and the texts and calls notifications are great.

So far, the Surge is AWESOME! I used the Flex for two years, and was completely satisfied, but the Surge came along and blew me away! I love every feature it has. It has re-motivated me to find new ways to challenge myself!

There are a couple of things that bothered me to the point of returning my Surge and going back to my Charge. First, it is bulky and not very comfortable. You do get used to it, but you definitely notice it as you didn't with one of the smaller models. The biggest problem I had was that while you can view text messages, your phone doesn't know you have viewed them. So if you have your text alert reminding you until you clear it, checking your text messages on the Surge does you no good. You still need to go to your phone and view it again there to stop the alert.

This watch does so many things. This watch is completely different from my Fitbit Flex and does so much more. I have only had it for a few days, so I haven't figured out all of the features. I like how this watch tracks cardio activities such as spinning and that I can read text messages on my wrist during class. This watch has a lot of capabilities, but I haven't got a chance to use them all yet. I am excited to see all the things this watch does!

OK I had all kinds of people telling me to go get an apple watch, but then I would have to get an iPhone which I don't want, or one to go with my droid. But I decided to look at the fit bits. I love mine. It does everything, I get incoming calls, texts, as well as the best part it tracks all my activity and has GPS for my long walks. Love it, it was super easy to set up and it is super easy to use. Though I know it is bigger because of all the stuff it does, but I do wish it was smaller.

This product works well with my Samsung S6. Seems pretty accurate, and I like the fitbit app and the computer interface with it.

First, decide which features you want. Each brand and model has a different set of features. The only thing this does not have that I wanted was a reminder to walk when I sit too long. Instead, I set a repeating alarm for 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Works great. All other features work perfectly.

This Fitbit is fun to wear and it helps motivate me to exercise more - more steps, get heart rate up, etc

i love the Fitbit Surge. It is very accurate. I am motivated through the app because I can connect with family to challenge each other. Overall I have no complaints!

Set up was an easy process, and I was glad I could use it right away. The app is easy to use and track all my progress. Surge is easy to clean, durable and comfortable to wear. Just wish there were more color options.

I owned the Basis prior to the Fitbit and though I enjoyed it the Fitbit compiled the data for easier tracking and has more apps to work with. I do wish it was water proof and sleep tracking was broken out better.

I tried out the Fitbit surge for a good 3 weeks and ended up taking it back. It leaves you wanting more. I would get a text and be able to read it and then that was it. The Fitbit app is amazing and it is the only thing I miss from having the watch. After returning the watch I went and bought an Apple Watch and it is better in every aspect and only $50-$100 more.

Effectively tracks information. Like the fact that it can track my sleeping habits as well as activity

This Fitbit works great the only negative is that the battery last 5/6 days depending on what's running

The Fitbit Surge works as advertised. You do need to be careful of the buckle part of the band since my first one fell off. Fitbit quickly replaced the watch.

I purchased the Surge to replace my One. I have been wanting to monitor my heart rate while running and thought this would fit the bill. While it does fairly accurately record my heart rate, it falls short in the step count arena. I have taken 300 steps in my sleep! And no, I dont sleep walk! If only I could use both my One and Surge I'd get the best of both worlds!

I really like my Fitbit. I had been looking for a GPS watch for a long time and this one is really nice

Great product. I love the fitbit Watch. It's basically a more affordable version of the Apple Watch for me. And it is great for keeping track of my fitness goals.

I have been using the surge for a while and found that it's very comfortable to wear. I always wear it at night for tracking my sleep. It doesn't bother me at all. The feature of the watch is easily accessible.
