I'm so glad I bought the Fitbit surge. I love it! It pushes me to hit my steps and being able to just look at the Fitbit to see my steps is awesome! Love being able to get text messages on the Fitbit as well!

To be honest, I wouldn't recommend the Fitbit Surge. After using the device for the first two weeks the battery would last an average of 48 HOURS. I work out every other day for 2 hours. Apart from the battery problem that am having everything works great. IF YOU DON'T MIND CHARGING THE DEVICE EVERY TWO TO THREE DAYS THEN GO AHEAD AND GET ONE.

This watch is overall a great watch. I like the many apps to include counting steps, the gps mapping of runs, calories burned, and heart rate. The one thing I really wish it was....waterproof. It feels weird to switch watches when you want to get in the water.

I really like the GPS It has a treadmill feature on it but it does not work very well at all.

Looking for an activity tracker that had GPS. Bought this and then tried it on.... way too big. Returned it. Can't really comment on how it works as I did not try it out. Waiting for new Fitbit to come out in March.

Very well designed except for the watch band. By putting the GPS and Bluetooth antenna's in the watch band, there no way to replace or accessorize with the product. Otherwise, it's an awesome product.

Would give 5 stars but the battery life is a little lacking but still a great product overall

Much more useful than I was expecting! The touch screen is very responsive! I especially love the heart rate monitor, and the silent alarms. Sure it could be better, but I think it is well worth the money!

This is a great tracker for my heart rate and my steps.

A great device that made a great gift for my daughter. The only thing missing is a slightly better interface. There is no option to display seconds on the watch faces, which means my daughter (nursing student) has to have a separate device to track patient heart rates. Honestly, that's the only thing I can find wrong with this device.

very useful tool. works well. However, battery runs out very quickly; takes less than 3 days.

Since I am using my Fitbit I feel very motivate to do exercise and tracking my progress, from sleep, my heart beats, exercise, food, etc. in any time.

HR and larger face for easier viewing of time and data.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the battery only lasts about a week

Gave this to my fiancé for Christmas. Buying another for my daughter. Size is great. Easy to use. Easy to program my Stats. Keeps track of everything from walking to running. Like the text alerts.

The unit is a little bulky, but I quickly got used to it. The GPS tracking function is great; I use it while hiking, walking, and biking. I also find the resting heart rate tracking useful. The sleep tracking is very interesting, and seems to be very accurate.

I love my surge. It was s Christmas present from my husband. I'm a runner and stay active all day. I love that it keeps track of everything. It syncs to my smart phone too. I wear it faithfully.

My husband wore his Surge when we vacationed in Disney World. We were pretty amazed at how much we walked. We knew Disney would involve a lot of walking, but it was nice to see exactly how much.

A great watch and monitor for several fitness factors. It seems a little weak on accurately measuring floors. I have not yet used the GPS functions so do not have a comment for that. Also if I wear the watch all day and then at night to track sleep I have had a rash develop. Syncs well with smartphone and computer.

I have to recharge a little more than advertised but other than that it's a good watch
