The watch is great! There are a few things that would change personally starting with the watch band. I do not like the way it sticks to my arm when I work out. Another concern is the point of the watch is to monitor and record data. If your wrist gets to sweaty during a workout the heart rate monitor won't read your heart rate.

Product lives up to its advertising. Compared Apple watch to this and chose Fitbit because of the sleep monitoring which is automatic. Watch is without color and is fairly thick but is excellent for functionality.

Touch screen makes operation much faster and larger display is good to see while you are active - battery life could be better especially in gps mode and the only major downside is still not waterproof -

Does what it says it does. Motivates me to move more. Counts steps, text and call notifications. Music control and alarm. Perfect to replace my Force.

Wear mine all the time to watch how many calories I burn in a workout and how many steps I take in a day. Works great as just a watch as well.

Awesome product! I feel that it measures everything with great accuracy and it's very cool to use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Have been using the Surge for about a 6 weeks. It can display text messages and calls from your smartphone, can track your runs and daily activities(step counts), and includes all-day heart-rate tracking device. Tracking calories can be done through the smartphone app. Overall has helped me keep on pace with my goals.

I've had other fitbit products which were great but the features on this one are awesome. The bluetooth notifications and heart rate are spot on.

After less than one year of wearing the watch my band has snapped. Doing light exercing once or twice a week. The GPS feature as I mentioned is the coolest thing about this watch. No need to run with your bulky phone, the watch will record it all and EVENTUALLY sync back up with your phone. Which leads to biggest complaint asside from broken strap. (The strap is also very comfy, just weak). I HATE BLUETOOTH AND THE APP'S ABILITY TO SYNC. Sometime it works no problem for weeks as a time, but some weeks, you just set it on auto sync and hope for the best.

Fitbit surge is great, was easy to setup and works great with my Samsung galaxy note edge. It has more features then just exercise and fitness.

this is a great GPS fitness tracker. It has many cool function, and an easy to use app to monitor your progress. Would definitely recommend.

This Fitbit is a great fitness tool. Working out with it is great since it monitors HR and other activities. Perfect watch and fitness tool

I absolutely love this. The battery lasts about a week. HR seems to be very accurate. I would recommend getting a road ID for it as well.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He is very satisfied/happy with all of the capabilities and features of the Fitbit. He rates it A++.

This watch is awesome for when I go jogging, running, walks and even biking. The built in GPS is one of my favorite of it's many features. Very comfortable and easy to use. Overall +++

The first item we got had a defective heart rate sensor that broke after a few days. The replacement has been working fine. It is bulkier than the equivalent Garmin units but much easier to use.

Great device. Is helping me a lot on tracking my fitness activities! You know what they say... If you don't measure you can't manage at all...

I enjoy how you can track your sleep, continuously track your heart rate and much more. It gives you awards for doing well in exercise. I wish the screen was more easy to read. Another wish they could change the software thing, is put the heart rate on the home screen of the watch, which right now, it is not.
