Getting the FitBit is very motivating and I take stairs and park farther to reach my step goal each day. I don't think the heart rate reading is very accurate though.

A friend got this size, she has to work hard to get it to register. She enjoys it for exercise, but it's frustrating that house keeping steps are not regularly counted.

Over all I like the options it covers. The Rubber band has caused a slight Rash my wrist and little pimples on top of wrist.

It does everything I need except function in the water and having changeable bands. A true fitness tracker should be able to go in the water and swim with you. It should also have the ability to have the band replaced when it wears out. But this does neither. It is a huge upgrade over the flex though. I wish it looked as good as the Blaze since it has more functionality, but overall I recommend it.

Recommend product for anyone trying to get in shape who wants to track their progress.

Like the gps for route tracking. Also the ability to track different exercises

My only complaint is that the display is not bright enough even when the backlight is on.

Took several hours to set up and began using. Geek Squad or Store Management would NOT help. I still have not figured out how to manage my music settings for the unit.

The surge is sophisticated however equally complicating. The software or interface Web site to review accomplishments confusing to navigate. I normally use a Nike free app and I can in settings get verbal verifications at various miles, half miles or ect.I did like the altitude recorder however for 300 bucks I can live without, especially considering that the battery life wouldn't last 2 or 3 days for me.

Everything works very well on the tracker. I would like to see them add functionality to reply to text and the ability to see current elevation while running or hiking.

I purchased this Fitbit Watch as a gift for my extremely active son and he loves it. He monitors all his workouts even during his grueling Fire Academy training.

I love it. Great motivator. Love that I can see my texts and phone calls. Seems accurate on distance and pretty accurate on step count. Love that is syncs to an app and that you can hook up with your friends to motivate each other. love!

Very nice watch, larger than I prefer but it did everything I wanted plus more

I have been a little disappointed in that sometimes I cannot see my messages and sometimes I have missed notifications of messages and calls. Otherwise great buy!!

It's been great for tracking info. The GPS is a really nice feature. The only negative is that it sometimes drops the link to receive notifications from the phone.

I like this product more than their other versions because it has a clock/calendar. It also syncs with my phone and lets me know when I have a call/text, so if I'm driving or in the gym I know right away if I need to answer. The online app is easy to use and helps me keep fit. Very easy set up and use.

other than the heartbeat monitor, i found a app on my phone that worked fine. great quality watch, just too expensive.

Fitbit did a good job with their first attempt at trying to combine the fitness tracker and phone notifications into one device. Fits great and you forget its there!

I just figured out how to turn on the GPS function. Very cool and accurate! Easy to operate. The interface with the phone app and computer works well. I would buy this watch again.

The software and updating of the device is simple. Just get in range and let it do its thing. On the other hand it is very akward to wear if your in buisness atire.
