Very nice, but not many instructions until the app is installed, and the band seems to cause some skin irritation.

I absolutely love my Fitbit Surge. Easy to setup and use! I like all the tools it comes with. I do wish I could reply to the text messages instead of just being able to read them. Overall I love it!

I thought the watch was very efficient in the sense, it has just right amount of functions and modes.

I didnt like this watch at all. Its too big with the rubber band which made my arm sweat. It would check on my shirt sleeve all the time which was annoying. just wasnt comfortable to use. I didnt give this one more than 2 weeks of use before returning it for the charge HR, which I have had issues with as well....

My main reason for getting a tracker was for my heart rate burn during workouts. Of course every tracker is sensitive for steps, so you are never going to get accurate steps if you move your arm, but the heart rate is spot on. Only problem I have is that I forget to start the timer when im working out sometimes, but that is no fault of the tracker. Never wanted to get the trendy smaller and less expensive fitbits. I always find that more money equals better quality and I believe I have proved that to be correct.

Watch worked great however was too bulky for my wrist. Prefer the charge instead

This is my first fitness monitor and I am very pleased with the information tracked and provided. Watch syncs perfectly with my iPhone and provides a fairly complete view of the day and night activities. Thoroughly like this product.

Son really likes the functions of the fit surge. Unfortunately, this is the 4th fit surge watch we had to get in the last 6-7 months due to issues with battery and seal of previous 3 blue Fitbit surge watches. My husband has had this exact model in black for 1 1/2 years and loves it. No problems with it.

This has been great for me. I set goals for steps and floors on the app then wear the watch. When I make a goal it lights up and vibrates.

Everything about this FitBit is A+. From GPS tracker to heartbeat monitor to the number of floors this product is fantastic.

The watch has been everything I asked for. It is a great buy and you will not be disappointed with the purchase.

Features on this watch are awesome...if you trying to keep track of your activities and calories...this watch is for you!!! The battery life is excellent and the apps that it connects to helps to keep everything in one place!!!

Keeps a count of the steps you take per day, stairs climbed even a route taken and milege on a run!!! Keeps me wanting to do better than the day before. It's fun!!!! You can even keep tabs on food intake and calories burned.

Not just a great watch, it actually motivates me to walk more when I see that I'm falling behind on my daily goal. I have connected with my two sister-in-laws and we have a friendly competition. We all use it to motivate ourselves.

The sleep monitoring options are rather simplistic and for some of us it is a bit unconfortable while sleeping

My hubby luv's his newest TOY ! The Wi-Fi features for the scale & computer keep you honest with the tracking of all your activities.

This is the most user friendly tracking device I have ever used. Love the fact that you don't have to connect to a computer to view your workouts. Bluetooth works great.

I got this as a present, and I really enjoy it. It does everything I need it too. My only complaint is that I would like more options for the main face display. I would like an option that shows the day of the week as well.

Really happy overall with this fitbit. Does not always connect to phone.
