I bought this product for my husband, and we both love it. It tracks our steps taken, distance traveled, and calories burned. The product hasn't yet worn down or broken, (we've had this one for a few months now), and the display is working perfectly. All in all, we're pleased.

Nice, easy to use, and navigate. A bit bulky at first but you get used to it!

I bought this Fitbit so I could use the GPS for running. It's decently accurate for distance. Overall I like it, though it's a bit bulky and it makes your wrist stink unlike any watch I've ever worn. I wash it with mild soap every couple of days and it helps with the smell

I was looking for a HR monitor with a few extras. This had a few extras but fell short in the delivery.

So far so good. ..a little aggrevating can't read messages on watch but great overall fitness watch

Meeting my expectations. My wife got one at same time so a little healthy competition has been good.

I needed to buy a fitness watch that had its own dedicated gps as my cabin does not have cell service. At the time there were really only 3 options. I went with the surge after some research. I was not happy with the feel of the watch and the non color screen was a killer. Everything worked ok the watch is just extremely basic. For the cost I found the garmin vivo active to be a much better watch and more customizable. I will say that the fitbit app for my phone is much much better than garmin connect

This thing does it all! From counting my steps to displaying text messages from my phone, and everything else in between. It's been fun keeping up with my friends fitness activity as well! I'm glad I got it!

I've had the Surge HR for 6 weeks. At first, it performed as advertised. And then all of a sudden it will not charge, not via computer or electric outlet. Even restarting the Fitbit doesn't help. The ONLY way it will charge now, is by holding the cable into it. I'm ordering a new cable to try. Fitbit customer service is NO help. I would NOT recommend this. Spend a little more money and buy the Garmin's tracker. This is a $250 paperweight. Fitbit needs to improve the charging cable, having to hold and press the cable into the watch to charge is ridiculous. I'm wondering if the cable only lasts six weeks, how long will the tracker last? When the battery does charge, it works as advertised and is great. But have 2-3 hours available to hold these 2 items together to charge it.

I absolutely love my Fitbit!! I even hate taking it off to shower! I am a lot more conscientious about how much I walk and how many calories I eat throughout the day! I would recommend everyone to have one!

I love the fact that it keeps track of others and provides a competition between you and others

Am enjoying using the Fitbit Surge for keeping track of my workouts and extras. Very simple to use and a comfortable band that I do sleep with it on. Great features with automatic tracking if you allow it.

I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday. Two weeks later it was my birthday and I ask for the same thing for my birthday and I love it. I have had this it for 2 weeks and it keeps me motivated to keep active.

My fitbit surge is great. I have had it for three days and I am already having results. It's addicting though in a good way.

Bought this for husband - he loves it as a fitness tool. I recommend to anyone wanting to increase fitness. However, we have been unable to get the text feature and the feature that alerts for phone call to work. That has been frustrating and disappointing. All else is great.

I really like the Surge but the wrist band is the worst I have ever experienced. If you wear anything long sleeve it hangs up on the item, in bed it attaches itself like it had sticky stuff on it. I would like to take this band off and replace it. I get NO help from Fitbit.

Brought this for my husbands birthday and he absolutely LOVES it!!! It motivates him to walk more and even run more. He keeps track of everything on it! Can't wait to get the rest of the family their own too!

I have had the watch for a few weeks now, I only remove it to shower and charge. I love it. It is very helpful for collecting data to get myself to be more active. Looking at getting one for my wife soon too.
