Doesnt track mileage accurately if you use elipticals etc. mileage can be off by 20 miles on an actual 5-6 mile run

As a senior, I would not live without my Surge. It gives me plenty data points to explore to determine my level of activity or lack of it. This is my second and I would say I wore the first one out. I was at Best Buy to replace it within 24 hours just ro tell you how,serious I am.

I expected more for the price. The watch is too large for everyday wear. Gets in the way of shirt sleves, and make it difficult to wear with dress shirts.

A watch that prods you to exercise and make it fun in doing so.

Great fitness watch. Love the GPS and the HRM. It automatically recognizes your workouts as well. Awesome!!!

My hubby always walked, but this watch motivated him even more. Sometimes it's not accurate but it's still do its job. That's why I gave it a 3 star.

Bought an Apple Watch first but returned once I found out this Fitbit could do everything I needed as for much cheaper. It's pretty accurate the only complaint is that the band is a bit too thick as I frequently wash my hands at work so kinda scared of getting it wet constantly.

I got my Surge 2 years ago. During the first year I contacted Fitbit because the strap was broken (I am very careful). They sent me another Surge instead of replace the strap. Now the strap is broken again. The strap has very poor quality. I contacted Fitbit because I want to replace the strap. They told me that my warranty expired and I have to buy another one. They sent me 25% disccount. Obvously I did not use the disccount. Another problem with Fitbit Surge is the innacurate GPS, poor HR signal and the strap cause skin allergy.

My watch ended up being defective and had to take it back to the store The Geek Squad tried to make it work but could not. It was out of stock so had order from another source 2nd watch works fine.

Went looking for something to track my distance runs, far exceeds anything I could've asked for.

Easy to use!! Only problem has been unpredictable battery life, sometimes it lasts 3 days between charging, other times it needs charged everyday.

I LOVE IT!! You need to try it I have people asking me all the time if it works and yes it does!!!!
