I was looking for a nice looking and comfortable smartwatch/fitness tracker combination. Key for me was that it had to be low profile as I hate large watches. So far (4 weeks) I have loved this product. The functionality is great, screen size is nice, and the overall look and feel is nice. The watch module snapping out of the frame for charging is nice too as you don't have to fight with connecting to the charger while the band is in place, it works great. I am getting about 4-5 days of use between chargings. If you are looking for a good basic fitness tracker and smartwatch combo you will like this one. If you need every feature (GPS, use for swimming, etc) then you need to look at other options, but for the general user this is a nice option.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it! In my opinion the watch face would be too big for me.

The Fitbit is an excellent device that enables you to monitor your fitness routine on a daily basis.

The band on this Fitbit is much better than the bands on the two Fitbit Forces that came undone, causing their loss. It under counts steps by at least 25% but I keep track of time more than steps.

I really like it works good. Only thing I would change is so you can text people back from it.

We are extremely happy with our purchase. The watch comes with everything and is easy to setup.

Upgraded from the similar Charge HR. I was worried about the size difference, but it's not bad.

I had a Fitbit Force which I returned during the recall but I loved it. I was looking for a great pedometer and a good smart watch. I have a Pebble but am not happy with the pedometer apps. I thought this would be the best of both worlds. I think the Surge may be way more than I need in a pedometer and not as good as the Pebble in a smart watch. Sadly, I will be retuning this item.

This product was a gift and was well-received. Nice to sync it with a phone - great feature.

This Fitbit is exactly what I needed. Functional for tracking all the stats I need associated with walking, working out and sleep habits. The fitbit app and the challenges also make it worth the purchase as well. A lot less than an Apple Watch and exactly what I needed.

Perfect for everything I needed it for. I've yet to use the gps feature but no issues so far.

Only thing misleading is that heartbeat is no longer on home screen as shown in advertisement.
