I purchased the Fitbit Surge to replace a Charge HR that mysteriously died after 8 months of use. The Good: 1. GPS tracking for outdoor activities 2. Easy to select activities using the touch-screen interface on the watch 3. Great battery life, often lasts 3 or 4 days between charges Not So Good: 1. Bluetooth sync and Fitbit App performance is painfully slow with an iPod touch 2. Have to reboot frequently to get the Surge to sync 3. The watch sometimes reboots on its own 4. Clock face options are pretty limited. You can't display seconds or the day of the week.

Great sports watch. It has kept up with my rigorous activities with no problem. Only thing is when it gets wet it has bit of a problem with pulse. If that was correct it would have 5 stars.

a very good value and nice looking tracker, almost watch-like. So far, it has all of the features I need for multiple activities, especially those that don't require much arm movement (cycling). Only suggestion is it has a plastic bezel so I'd highly recommend you get screen protectors to help avoid those surface scratches if you're really active.

Probably one of the better buys I've made at Best Buy. Functions great is rather resistant & is great smart watch. I get my texts and calls and I can control my music right from the band.

Again, great product from Fitbit. This one was used to replace her original FB charge from two years ago! With all the new features and activity tracker functions, you can't go wrong here. This FB is stylish, comfortable, and holds a good charge! Compared to other activity trackers, this one isn't an embarrassing replacement for an everyday watch!

This is my first fitness tracker. I wanted one that was water resistant and didn't Stand out as just that. It blends nicely. Appears to be fairly accurate, but the stairs count does seem off.
