Bought this a couple months ago to replace my old Fitbit that got recalled. Comfortable and doesn't get in the way when working out in the gym. Tracks everything I need and battery life is awesome 3 days. Light weight, easy to operate and comfortable.

Great fitness watch except it dies too early/soon after it has been charged. Please extend battery life between charges.

I purchased my Fitbit Surge last month. The setup was easy and the device syncs to my app.

The information was not accurate. I was sleeping and I received credit for steps taken.

Love the fact that it shows who's calling or who texts you without looking at your phone, which is a safe feature when driving or when your hands are not available

This was my third one. Two with battery issues and one with a band issue

I returned this product the day after I purchased it. It was very uncomfortable and caused bruising on my wrist. It was not because of being too tight but the shape of the device. Also was very unhappy with the display. Very dim and difficult to read in sunlight unless held at a specific angle. I like fit bit products and the apps that come with them. Just another poor design in my opinion

I liked the watch, truly did but in my line of work, I must have a second hand and none of the available faces had one. I ended up with the Apple Watch 2.

I tried to return this product when it gave me a rash after 3 weeks. I was told the purchase was beyond 15 days so no refund. I am contacting the manufacture. I believe thay stand behind thier product

My Fitbit Surge inspires me to get up and walk and move. It is a great motivational tool and has helped in my drive to do more than just sit around.

This is a good watch, tracks what i need but battery life is not very good or i would've given 4 star.

My wife got this watch (Fitbit Surge) to help keep track of her fitness routine. I would say it has worked. She is motivated to do some type of workout daily since getting the watch. It's very functional and stylish to the point that she rarely takes it off unless she has to. Good purchase.

Really like this watch as it gives lots of information for tracking exercise & fitness goals. Only problem is the strap which doesn't hold up well.

Everything I needed and then some. I previously wore a Charge, and before that was the Nike+ Fuel Band. This thing does so much. Especially when paired up with the app. Looks and feels great when worn. Through normal wear it has "loosened" causing me to tighten up on the band one notch.

I did not like the size or the fit of this watch. Kinda ugly and did not fit my rist very well. Returned this

It works well just large in a smaller arm. It does a lot. Did not know it had a screen that can break easily. That's something people need to know.

Great begginger Fitbit wish it had the same notification opinions as the blaze. If I were to purchase again I'd pay $50 less and get the blaze.

Big, bulky and slow response to actions. The screen doesn't get brite enough. Brought back to buy Apple Watch.

Fitbit Surge is pretty good. It's a little thick but I like the fact that it always displays the time.
