Easy to set up and use. This is my second fitbit because side buttons became too stiff/stuck to use. They need to be more durable.

I read several reviews before buying this product. I use it every day and I can't imagine not having the Surge. If I lost it I would run out and buy another one, it has become a part of my daily life. If you want to become more active this device is for YOU.

I love my new Fitbit Surge. It does a lot more than I probably need but I like the large face so I can actually see the numbers.

I purchased this Fitbit Surge for my husband who wanted one for a while. It seems to be very sturdy, he is a contractor and was concerned about wearing it to work but it seems to be holding up. The only problem we have is that it does not display the correct time. We have tried numerous corrections. His iPhone was on military time and we thought it was die to that but we still can't get it to display the correct time.

If it wasn't for the blackberry style screen(no color) I would give this a perfect 5. Its 2017, why isn't the surge in color

I had bought a small size Fitbit but it barely fit around my wrist. The large has a lot more room and fits better.

The Fitbit Surge is a rugged and reliable step counter that has the ability to read your heartbeat as well. The Fitbit Surge is a fitness buffs dream. It provided you with all the knowledge you could have want to know about your workouts, your day to day life and how you are sleeping each night. While it is a fitness buff dream it also caters to normal people that are just looking for something to track their steps and heartbeat throughout their day. The Fitbit itself is a useful tool but when you add in the app into everything it gives you the ability to record your daily food intake and estimated calorie intake. All in all, the Fitbit is a useful tool to help you lose weight and get into shape. During the time I’ve used the Fitbit I’ve found that the Surge is a very reliable fitness tracker. It’s gone through rain storms, mud, showers and some very hard workouts and runs. In the time I’ve had it, its tracked steps, heartbeats and workouts very reliably. It’s basically been a wonderful aid for me to increase my performance and workouts. The band of the Fitbit has been able to hold up to everything I’ve throw at it and it has kept kicking, it hasn’t ripped or torn. Also the battery life of the Fitbit is supposed to have a 5-day battery life and over the last few months its life hasn’t diminished at all even to repeated charges over a few months. Some of the ideal users for this product would be runners, people that workout and want to track their workouts and routines. As I’ve used this product over the last 6 months I’ve found that it has increased my performance and I have found that my run times are going down. I’ve also found that it helps me want to meet my performance goals that I set in the app. Over all the Fitbit surge is an awesome tool to help people keep track of calories and steps as well as tracking your day to day life. I would give this product a 5 star.

I bought this for a friend who did me a favor. He absolutely loves this watch. But it's more than a watch ..it's a machine that measure lifestyles. When you don't want to carry your phone while working out its a perfect substitution.

I do not recommend getting the surge if you are in iOS user. Fifbit on there support page has no support for the iOS HealthKit and no intention for future support of the HealthKit. This is shown on the Fitbit support website by thousands of users begging for support of the iOS health kit support, it has been under consideration for more than a year on fitbits support website. I purchased this for my husband and he loves it! He is really into fitness and enjoys all the features, especially the step tracker. He threw the old school watch out and is paying more attention to making his daily step goal.
