Software lacks functionality. Obsessed with steps does not fully utilize the GPS's abilities.

The watch is too big and bulky. I really didn't like the blue tooth pairing. I realize the Flex is not a smart watch, but is much simpler to use and set up. I had no issues with blue tooth on the Flex. After using the Surge for a day I too it back and got a Blaze. Its cheaper and does what I want.

I have the extended warranty on my ftbit. The band on my fitbit charge started to come apart so I took it back to the store and upgraded to a fitbit surge with no problems. The warranty was well worth getting

The Fitbit Surge was a great watch, until then and popped on me. I had it for almost 2 years.

My husband purchased this and he loves it. It was a big surprise that he bought it after a short review online in the store. He is really using it everyday and is not regretting this rare impulse buy.

My Nike Sport Watch was starting to die, so I needed a replacement. Did a bit of research and went with the Polar. Very pleased with the functionality and data available with this watch and phone app/website.

I returned this one and got a Garmin in its place because it was much more user friendly

I've used this product for a month. Works well but it will be nice if the screen could be colored

I enjoyed my surge too much, wrote it every day to track all aspects of my training and every day life. The GPS feature was superb, very accurate bpm readings, cool looks.Everything was great until it didn't charge anymore. I had to exchange it twice until I tried something else.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Inaccurate is every possible way you can imagine. The steps it was off, it would count steps while i wasnt moving, during any arm motion it also count my steps. The heart rate itself was glitched.. never gave me an accurate reading. After 1 day I returned and it exchaged it for the H7 Polar heart rate. This watch isnt worth 20$

Its ok. It would be nice if the display was brighter. And where did that nickname come from?

They make some great products. Durability is an issue. Hope they can address that soon

Quality product. Face is a little bulky but easy to read. Would buy again battery lasts too.

I have been a faithful fan and supportable of Fitbit since it hit the market. There are probably better device than fitbit but I have yet to see it on the market. The device is also user friendly.

What a great Father's Day gift!! I love it when we pick something out that is just right...and this Surge is the deal. My husband loves it- and I love that its helping him keep an eye on his health!!

Always buy extended warranty from Best Buy. Love the function of Fitbit but always break.

It helps me keep track of how I'm doing it has what I need and no unnecessary stuff.

Very bulky watch with difficult operations and minimal utility.
