I have gone to the next level on each fitbit and they never disappoint. Breast customer service if needed and it motivates me to move daily

My husband was looking for a smart watch, but was unimpressed with the sizes & band selections. This was the perfect size for him.

To big, does not show text and cant get calls. It was a big waist of money so I returned it. The fitnit Charge HR is totally better. Mind you, I switched the watch out twice and got the same results.

Not happy with the Fitbit Surge. The display was very dark and not easy to read. The Apple Watch is so much easier to use and see.

I had to return the first Fitbit because it was saying that I walked 10,000 steps when I never left the house, it also read that same day that I walked 5 floors when I live in a single story home. I was able to return it with no problem at the best buy store but the second fitbit I got in my option is better and a little more accurate but still off quite a bit, I did have the store set it up for me to make sure it was set up correctly. the heart rate seems ok. Because it is over 45 days old and the store says the best they can tell it is working and I cannot return it.

If you do not move your arms (caring a laundry basket, pushing a shopping cart, etc) it does not seem to register the correct steps.

I bought this for my mom for her birthday and she absolutly loves it! I kind of wish I had one now lol! She wears it all the time!

I really enjoy my new Fitbit. It helps me to be aware of how many calleries I take in and burn up. First 10#s down, more to go!

My Fitbit does everything I want it to do and more. I really would recommend it to anyone looking for a fitness wearable device.

Did not spend alot of time researching fitness bands in advance of this purchase. I wish I would have purchased the iwatch though, The Surge is okay but it counts your arm motion as steps and doesnt record flights of stairs properly.

Down 50 lbs since I got my surge. Diet and exercise is the trick and fitbit really helps me stay mindful of my daily activity.

I find I really am more active than I was before having a FitBit. Anything that helps to keep moving is good! Works great.

My son loves it. He uses all its features and simply loves it. He thanks me and verbalizes his delight whenever I see him.

Longer lasting battery and easy to read display. Also seems much sturdier than my last Fitbit - a Charger model.

Bought this for my husband who wanted a less bulky fitness tracker. This is low profile and works out nicely.
