Great watch...having trouble figuring out how to use it effectively for exercise and fitness tracking. Not particularly intuitive

This fitbit had software issues right out of the box. it was glitchy and you couldnt swipe or use the screen with out having to do a soft reset on it. I looked up the issues and its pretty common with this specific fit bit. its not an upgrade from the Blaze, the Blaze is an overall better fitbit. i would not buy this again.

don't buy this band doesn't last waste of money.I do not recommend.

My suggestion would be to either get a cheaper fit bit or spend the extra money and get a apple watch but this is a waste of money

I liked the features of this Fitbit, but I have small wrists and it was way to big for me. Unfortunately I had to return it.

Had trouble pairing it with 2 different phones. Not nearly as usefull as the Garmin Vivoactive that replaced it.

Has a lot of great features but is completely inaccurate. I didn't figure that out until 3 weeks in. A waste of my money!!!

Purchased for my husband...he did not like it and ended up returning it. Syncing was an issue and not accurate.

Very bulky, big to wear. Poor design, great features. Downgraded to Charge HR.

Dont bother buying, get the Blaze. At least it has a color screen and easier to see what is on the screen.

This watch worked for the first day and then stopped doing what it should . It did not swipe to the next feature .

I loved this product, but it was just too big for me. I returned it and walked out with the Charge 2 :)

this is an okay watch but the band cuts into your wrist but as far as the watch it self really nice watch

I have only had this for acouple of weeks and I am still not sure how to get this thing to track my runs or sleep pattern. It does not seem very intuitive. It seems easy to track steps or something simple but I have to look for more instruction. The device does not come with much instructions.

Ended up returning as it was missing features it appeared to have and didn't. Upgraded to the Blaze

I have enjoyed the Surge I just have to remember to take it off in the morning to take a shower.

Product got cloudy and fogged up after minor water splashing.

I bought this product and it was great, I loved that it had a built-in heart rate monitor and GPS. When I tested it on a run for 5 miles, I loved that it tracked my heart rate and location without having to carry two devices. I was hoping to use it for biking during the warmer months. The issue came about a week after I started to wear it. One day, I decided to clean it via damp towel. I put it on it's side to dry and then when I wore it, I noticed that there was water/humidity on the screen. After looking at online reported issues, it's a widely known issue and I did the bag of rice trick and it worked. Then I did an exercise routine again and the humidity was back. Instead of exchanging it, I decided to return it. I would definitely consider this product again if it can rectify this issue since other manufacturers, such as Garmin doesn't have this issue.

I read the limited documentation before using this device and am using it exactly as intended. According to this thing, I am burning almost 2500 calories just sitting at my desk..... I cannot trust any of the numbers it gives me....
