I purchased this as a gift for my mom. The unit didn't work out of the box and we had to get a cable replaced. Once we fired up the unit my mother noticed that she couldn't read the face very well. I couldn't either. Since it was over 30 days, Best Buy wouldn't take the unit back.

This is far to bulky and way to expensive, almost cost as much as an Apple Watch!

Everything you want from this one, you can find it in the Blaze for a cheaper price.

Good step tracker. Would not keep time and Fitbit suggested fixes fixing not work.

I was not a fan of how bulky it looked and decided to get the charge HR instead.

I have purchased 2 Fitbit fitness trackers. Each time the wristbands broke and because the tracker and band are all in 1, there is no way to replace just the band. I will not purchase any more. For the price you pay for these trackers, they could do a better job with using better materials for the wristbands.

The watch was okay but the display was very dark and wasn't quite what I wanted.

I have had this for a little over a year now, it is falling apart. The rubber is peeling off the face of the watch area. On the bottom side with the screw areas one side cracked away from both screws while I was washing it. I rarely wear long sleeves, so my clothes weren't rubbing on it constantly or anything.

I bought this for my dad for Christmas and it's been just over a month and the main button stopped working. I've never owned a Fitbit but it is what he wanted. Good thing I got the warranty because it's going back and he is getting a Garmin Forerunner 235. Way easier to use and seems to be more reliable.

Many of the actions that are supposed to be done by this Fitbit do not occur.

It is slim and light but it does the job. Good for monitoring my sleep

I purchased the Fitbit Surge for my husband. The HR monitor didn"t work when he would sweat and he couldn't receive messages or calls. It was a disappointment! He returned the Surge and replaced it with the Blaze. The Blaze is all it promised to be. We both have the Blaze and love it.

It didn't work with my Samsung S5 and didn't pair with my phone!

I put this on my wrist and wow I look like a god amazing

It had great features but it was uncomfortable to wear. It should not be one size for men and women. Fitbit should consider making a smaller version for women. I did not like the bulkiest. Very uncomfortable fit.
