Heard many great things about Fitbit. It's features are great. If you look on line, there are at least 3 years of customer complaints of the buckle causing rash or skin breakdown. I am now one such customer. I now wear a hypoallergenic Samsung.

We were not impressed with the surge. However, I am an avid fitbit bit supporter so it didn't take long for us to realize the blaze was the better choice. Fitbit is amazing but this one needs to go.

    Motivating but inaccurate

The step count and app are good motivators. The GPS is wildly inaccurate in measuring distance -- the worst wearable I have used. I can't speak to the heart rate because I have nothing to measure it against. It's also uncomfortable.

The watch works great, the bands fall apart in moments. I am on my third watch, thankfully I was smart enough to purchase and continue to purchase the extended warranty. These watches can't go a year if you actually use them.

Unfortunately I ended up returning this item. There was absolutely no backlighting for this. The screen with all its many functions wasn't visible. So basically unusable.

The steps seems accurate, and the gps. But the heart rate is way way inaccurate.... The watch is also hard to read.......

The primary problem with this device is that it can't be read in anything other than darkness. Any light at all and it washes out the screen. It was completely unusable during the day. Very disappointing.

I had this for a few days and it was difficult to use and it was not accurate at heart rate. I took it back. I then a couple weeks later got the Fitbit Charge 2 and I love it. Get that one instead.

Original would not stay charged over 24/ 48 hours. Replacement froze, could not be reset. After many trips to geek squad, money refunded.

Biggest complaint is that it couldn’t withstand my active, working lifestyle. The tracking seemed okay for people who are just into fitness and not farm girl work.

I replaced the Fitbit 6 different times . Watch strap breaks after wearing for extended period of time . If you buy make sure to get warranty . I love the Fitbit app .

I originally bought this model, but when I got it home it did not want to sync with my computer to update Softwarer and/or firmware. So I downgraded to the Blaze instead.

Uncomfortable AND UGLY. Had it for 24 hours and returned it to the store. I was offered the blaze instead and love it. A lot more modern, comfortable and fun.

No doubt this product has its benefits but I wasn't impressed with it. Therefore, I returned the product after trying it for a week. I didn't really like it.

the functions to track your work effort are not in synch with reality -- there is very little accuracy for anything other than walking or running.
