I liked the Surge but for the price you might as well get the Charge HR because there isn't much difference other than the screen. The music control in it doesn't even work to control Pandora or any online music only the one that is in your cellphone.

The Fitbit surge works exactly as advertised. I also bought witch scale so I really covers a lot of info. Would recommend

This is great and very easy to use. Resolved my issue of needing a watch and wanting to wear a FitBit. The alarm feature and the ability to read text messages/caller ID on my watch are way more useful tools than I thought.

I have had a couple of these. Before they came out with multiple software updates, it would sync with the app numerous times daily. With the newest software, you have to have your location activated on the phone for it to sync. I refrain from doing this, as it takes more battery to leave the GPS turned on all the time, especially when I don't need it. It really is a needless step when you consider that the Fit Bit and the phone are linked through Bluetooth to begin with. The Heart rate monitor could be more accurate also.

This unit offers more features than any other product out there, hands down! The connectivity with the phone is also a great addition! Fitbit thought of everything! This is why they're the number one manufacturer in the biometric field! The unit really brings attention to my daily activities and allows me to be more cognitive of my health and activity. This Fitbit is great and easy to use. Keeps me motivated. Also like how it is integrated with my phones text and calls.

I highly recommend this product. A bit pricey, but worth it due to the added functionality of having a screen in place.

this fitbit has numerous functions for a comprehensive view of your exercise activities. also has GPS to record routes. fairly easy to use. two strap sizes, make sure you check the fit.

Have to charge every other day which is very annoying. If I forget to charge at bedtime then I lose at least 2 hours worth of activity. Wished I wouldn't gone with the Garmin Vivoactive.

The Fitbit Surge is a nice unit. I really like the GPS feature. I like the fact that I can track my bicycle rides. The only thing I do not like is the unit needs charging frequently.

My wife loved the heart rate addition to collecting steps. I think the text view was a nice bonus for her as well.

Bought this for mom who loves to run. It keeps track of her time and gps keeps track of her route.

I love the Fitbit Surge. I would have given it five stars but, I have thin wrists and it is slightly uncomfortable to sleep with at night. Other than that, it is am amazing product!

This fitbit has a large screen and is easy to use. My 75 year old mother has no problems using this technology.

I think I already did this survey, but I'll do it again. I received a fit bit for a gift from my son and I love it, then my sister wanted one and I got her one. Hers apparently was not a good one, had to return an replace. But she loves it. And I bought one for my best friend. Hers was not working properly, she returned and got a replacement of a different brand.

like that it syncs with the fitbit one and can see results on my phone. Heart rate seem accurate when compared with manual check of my heart rate
