Watch is comfortable-seems accurate for steps taken heart rate-calories consumed must be entered on phone-fairly easy to count calories

I live my fitbit surge and have it a little over a year. All of the surge features are great and I love being able to track calories, steps and other workouts. The issue I have with it is that the band is integrated and it is starting to wear. There is no way to replace the band once it breaks. Other than the band, it is perfect. So, if you buy it...take care with the band. When the band goes, so does your surge.

I got this for my girl friend and she is always complaining that it kinda hurts her arm and leaves marks.. Other than that she loves it

The Surge is great, not perfect but great. Misses steps and also misses stairs at times. The alerts are also cool and I love the wake-up alarm as well as the text & phone call alerts.

Inspired by a friend who had purchased a fitbit, I bought the Surge. Aside from the unusual sizing, I love this item. It has inspired me to become much more active. I'm sold!

The Fitbit helps me stay more active and walk more. It is also fun to keep track of steps, floors, BPM, miles, and calories. The app/website keeps everything logged; it evens shows the time I sleep, was awake, or was restless at night.

I purchased this Fitbit Surge as a Christmas gift for my wife. This watch has many outstanding features and was simple to program. The construction of the watch is durable. I'm certain that I will be ordering one for myself soon.

This fitbit is very powerful. Once synced with My fitness pal becomes more powerful. Only reason didn't give 5 stars is because little instruction and long learning curve.

This Fitbit is too wide. I never used all the features that it had to offer. I did love the touch screen ability.

i run, walk, and bike the same path almost every day, but the gps never has same results. Calorie count is awful. Working out in the gym (Bootcamp, cardio classes, etc) are never close. Not very comfortable to wear either. The face of watch is wider than my wrist. Only positives are heart rate and sleep monitor seems pretty accurate.

I really enjoy the functions of this watch. Sometimes I am unsure of the accuracy of the heart rate but mostly it's spot on.

No complaints other that the heart rate monitor doesn't seem to be quite as accurate as an admittedly dedicated Polar one.

The first order that was shipped had a virus which crushed my laptop. Very disappointed about that. Almost tempted not to recommend anybody to have their products shipped.

I have a small wrist and this size small was too small. It's really not for children, and yet it seemed like a size for a child.

Overall the Fitbit is a great work out tracker! Has GPS to track where you run, cycle etc. also great for circuit training. You are able to track food intake and also sleeping!

Did my homework and the Surge is for the most part what I expected. One exception is that I have to agree that their heartrate measurement seems pretty questionable.

I workout everyday and do various exercise routines. Some days I do bootcamp, run or elliptical. It lets me customize by activities that I do frequently. I love it.

Christmas present for my wife sho's very happy with it. The band is a little wide from someone with smallish wrists, but not enough to make her take it off.

I wanted an alternative to the Apple watch that specifically helped me track physical activity as well as tell time and look stylish at work and with any leisure outfit. Fitbit does all that! My whole family now owns all the versions of the Fitbit lineup. Fantastic buy!

Only con I would have to say is that sometimes the flights of stairs walked is off. But other that it works great.
