It works very well I have had no issues with it this far. The battery life is great and the watch is comfortable

I love my Surge! It is comfortable and fits my wrist well (I have small wrists). It gives me insight into how intense my workouts are whether I am running or lifting. The only things that could be better are if you could change or replace the band, and if it was more water resistant (if you could submerge it in water, not just sweat or splash water on it).

I love this watch I do however wish I could talk on it to people through my phone but maybe that will be next

I love this fit bit. It’s the best of the bunch. However it is really big on the wriat, (My wrists are tiny) I did have problems with the band separating from the casing and fit bit offered me a coupon to buy a new one which I did however I wear the old one even know what the rubber is separating from the housing it still works.

The device itself works great, but does not hold a charge long and will not sync to my phone

it seems to work with the outline I read on line do I really like it well? some what it is always a work in progress but it keeps good track.

Large face gets in the way at times. Not easy to display heart rate ❤ on regular basis. Face scratches too easy. Would buy MS Band 2 instead.

Great fitness tracker a little pricey bit I am a firm believer in what you pay is what you get. Quality and durability of product is good! I would highly recommend this product for people who need motivation or a boost in fitness and to get off the couch.

I absolutely love the fitbit surge. I wear it daily and I always use it to do weekly challenges with coworkers and when I do my runs through the week. It really motivates me to run more!

Was very difficult to operate straight out of the box since it wasnt chargerd. Once chargerd the features were available to customize.

I bought this as a gift for my niece for her birthday and she has just great things to say. saw in the news that it was rated #1 in consumer report

This is a great product that performs as promised. Two minor concerns, however. First, the bulkiness of this watch makes it more suitable for larger wrists ... more often, men. Second, it can be tricky to get it linked to your phone but the Geek Squad as Best Buy is very helpful in setting it up for you right in the store.

Only complaint is the glass scratched and can't be replaced

So convenient to have all info right there on my arm. And I love challenging all my friends who have Fitbits to up their games~

Thus far all is good. I just need to learn what is can do & how to make it do it. Connected with Windows 7 without any challenges.

I love my Fitbit Surge. I wear it everyday and it's great for all my runs. The GPS is nice if you don't want to bring your phone on your run

In my opinion, it's the best fitnice watch available in the market right now. GPS, heart rate monitor, specified work outs and called ID/txt message display. The app is great too

Still learning the abilities but it is nice to have a built in GPS so I don't have to have a phone around when I go for a walk. It has overheated a couple of times and tends to get hot when in direct sunlight. All in all a good addition if your looking for a good option to keep track of your exercises/steps
