As with all technology it could be enhanced or features added however it works as advertised.

This product is great because I love exercising and this device does a perfect job letting know important details about about my workout. I also love the connectability with my Iphone 5.

I use this to track my heart rate and food intake. I enjoy using it, it is a little big for me.

I love my surge. I can view my message and know when someone is calling me the only down side is the steps are off. I could be sitting on my couch moving my arm and steps will register

The fitbit is very user friendly. the battery life is long...I haven't even charged it since the initial charge of 2hrs. It's been 2 weeks.

This is an awesome product! As far as fitness goes, it has a lot of the same functions as the Apple Watch but it's quite a bit cheaper

the heart rate sensing could be better though. not as accurate as I would expect for this sort of price

I think this is a good idea. Would have liked it to be a bit more feminine for my daughter.

Fitbit it a great way to track all sorts of exercises with the exception of swimming.

I love this Fitbit. It does everything I want it to do. I like the notifications I get that alerts I have incoming calls. I use it to keep me abreast of my workout routine

Solid activity tracker with many functions. Automatically determines what activity is taking place (usually). Can be used for cycling without the need for cell data to be turned on. Durable, but the face can get scratched rather easily if not careful.

easy to use and great for tracking exercises GPS is a nice option that I use for walking

The Surge is alright, it tracks sleep, sport, walking,calories, and multiple sports. The only this i wish they had improved or added to this program. With all this new technology it would be awesome if it was in colors and also 100% water proof. Enough to actually shower or go swimming. Other then that good product.

My husband and I both have a SURGE. It helps us know where we are at to keep us focused on our step, calorie and sleep goals. Like the weekly competitions to keep it fun.

I really enjoy my Fitbit. It helps me out with all my workouts. Does so many things...couldn't have found a better watch.

Screen is too large for women, but great for a man. Product works as designed.
