    Surge tracks cycling,running, hiking, walking by GPS. You may also do treadmill or spinning & weights. You also have a good Heart rate monitor The only down side I wish the backlight was a little brighter.

    Somewhat disappointed that the display is not color. The tracking of food eaten and calories - fitness pal is slightly better in this area. The price of the pro it for what it does is a bit on the pricy side.
