I was really excited to get this for my mom because she's an advid hiker and wanted to track her distance and heart rate. Unfortunately, the band is too big for her and wrist does not sit properly. I tried it also and have the same problem. It's a nice Fitbit but not good for thowith a smaller wrist.

The wealth of features this outstanding product offers is well worth the investment!

Got this for my wife as an upgrade from her FitBit and now she can leave her phone at home when she goes for a run with the Surge's built in GPS. It's a definite must for anyone that wants to track progress with more accurate results than the other FitBits.

To bulky, size small was almost to small for my wrist Watch sat up to high on the wrist and was very bulky want comfortable Returned within a week

My wife loves her fit bit n wears it daily!! I could not have purchased a better gift.

It's amazing for everyday use. And of course for tracking all the exercise you do. How many floors you go up or down in a day. Or how much sleep you get at night. My personal favorite, being able to read your messages or know when someone is calling you.

My third Fitbit but not my last! I have been using Fitbit for 4 years. It never leaves my wrist but to charge. The Fitbit watch is a little big from what I am used to. The display has a sleek design which means the backlight is dim to provide the sleek appearance, not my favorite option. I love the text message alerts which my last Fitbit did not have. I do plan on getting the new charge hr2 this fall. Need a smaller option to wear when needed. Overall it provides what it was designed for. It is a Fitbit watch so larger design.

I love it. No complaints. I wear it every day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Bought it for my daughter to replace her older one of a different style. She uses it for work and for fitness and totally depends on it as her I-Phone is too easy to drop in an emergency situation. She is a Med Tech at a local hospital.

battery lasts along time,fun to keep track of steps and stairs and compare with friends. A little bit bulky but livable.
