This products works well in the beginning but after a while (3-6 months) it begins to provide inaccurate readings with your daily goals both more and less than what is accurate. Hopefully this time FitBit has worked out these issues.

I wished the battery would last longer... I have to charge every 2 dys

Compared to Fitbit Flex and just counting steps, the Surge does not keep an accurate count--it's off by hundreds for every 2000 steps. Tends to freeze up. It was a gift, though, and Best Buys pathetic return/exchange policy prohibits me from trading it I for something else. We will not purchase from Best Buy again until their policy is changed. My husband was unaware of it when he bought it. Fitbit won't let me change models since it was purchased at a store. I'm stuck with a $200 fitness watch I don't like!

Thus product was boight as a gift and was so easy and fun to get and setup

I bought this for a very active 11 year old young man. He is still learning responsibility, but has been very proud and maintains his tracker. He loves comparing progress with his cousins. It was a great buy for him.

It's perfect, used it at the broad street run and it matched my chip time.

Can essentially wear this watch 24 hours a day, as it only requires about 15 minutes of charging a day, and this can be done while showering. Love the GPS and use it to track hikes and bike rides. Sleep tracking has been interesting, also. It's been handy to be able to receive caller ID and text messages on the watch, as well. Super easy to sync with an iPhone.

Great watch that helps me keep track of my runs with the built in GPS

The watch is bulky and I cannot sleep with it, which makes the sleep monitoring useless. Secondly, it froze on me after 1 week of usage. I had to return it. I purchased the Garmin Vivoactive and this is a much superior activity tracker by far.

I purchased this to assist with my workouts and sleep, and even without messing with it all day, changing settings, etc and while using power-save modes, this watch dies from a full charge in about 2 days AND there is no way to just plug into a wall and charge. You have to insert the usb cable into a running computer to charge... how dumb and a waste of time. Great watch but terrible battery life and nonsense method of charging. Too many other options that are better.

I love Fitbits and this is the best watch out of the entire line. So many features and it's very user friendly, even my mom can program it. Very durable and will definitely last you a lifetime!!

Love the GPS feature on it. I love the size & fit.

We purchased this to replace my Wife's old Fitbit charge. It seems far more accurate and she likes the screen size much better than the old one. Haven't had any issues with glitches at all.
