I purchased this Fitbit for my wife for Mother's Day and she has been hooked ever since. Always checking her step count and competing with her girlfriends with the workweek challenge. It was a great purchase and I'm considering one for myself

Cannot get exercise mode to change; battery does not seem to hold charge like they said it would

I bought this item for my wife she really loves it. After telling me about all of the features I actually gave my Apple Watch to my oldest daughter and bought a Fitbit Surge for myself.

light weight and reliable monitor which keeps you in constant touch with the training data which without a fit bit you would never be able to view. It also works as a motivator to get you to increase your pace to aid with progress.

This is a nice Fitbit smart watch, love GPS tracking, wrist-based heart rate monitoring is very nice feature, great real-time workout stats like distance, pace, elevation climbed, and heart rate intensity, great for training

Doesn't work as well as I thought.. it does keep track steps etc... doesn't stay in sync with my I phone keeps going out....

If your only interested in using it for exercise than its ok but if you need more tech on your wrist there's some better choices

returned this item, works great but it looks too big on your wrist, not for me.

Great selection for activities. syncing is rather slow. but other than that, has everything that i need for activities.

I love everything about the fitbit surge, just wish it had a color display. At times it can be hard to read the screens.

I would of liked to be able to design my own display ie, time with seconds on click screen, time on fitness screen,...

I've tried various Fitbit watches and this one is really the best for my needs! It has built in GPS so when I go for my runs... I don't need to bring my iPhone to track. Also the battery life lasts forever!

Did not like it. Better and cheaper option was available at Costco

I would recommend this watch to anybody, it easy to keep track of activities.

I have CHF & recently went though a stay in the hospital. The Fitbit line of products gather the data for me to use with an app my Dr. Uses, I can be monitored from home & not have to stay hospitalized. A+++

Great product so far. The only issue is when I sweat when working out the hr monitor does not work as well

The recipient has been very happy with the features and it syncs with apps on their phone

It does what I needed. It keeps me motivated! It took me a couple days to figure it out, but I didn't read directions either!! I am having issues with syncing to MyFitnessPal but not a huge deal.

I know it has been almost 2 years since I purchased this item. To be honest I forgot where I bought it and just found the box. My band broke within the year I purchased it. Called fit bit and no replacement I would not warranty it. Do you have bands now to replace them or am I just screwed with over a 250.00 purchase and throw in the trash?
