Worked great very useful would recommend for anybody

I was really enjoying the Surge. Then the display turned off, nothing happens when it charges. I have tried to reboot it and still doesn't work. I am in contact with the fitbit company on what to do to get it fixed or replaced.

good tracker, good battery life and screen size on it.

I wear this watch all day every day. I use it to track my runs as well as strength training and other workouts. I absolutely love it!

I was so pleased with this purchase! I had been excited to get a fitbit for a while and it definitely did not disappoint!

Not as accurate. I ran a 3 mile course and it was off by .35. I'm pretty active and on my 4 or 5th fitbit now due to screen fogging up, material coming apart. Challenging your friends is fun. I highly suggest getting the protection plan if you are very active.

Functions as advertised. A real crowd please remember . My wife only takes it off to shower or recharge! Worth the price.

Decided to upgrade my fitbit flex and bought the surge. I ended up returning it after a few days..the reason was while on the treadmill, it stopped recording my steps..and never worked afterwards..too costly for this to happen to it.. So sticking with flex for note

Bought it as a Xmas present for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves it!!! She set it up herself and wears it all the time.

Was excited to purchase my first fitbit! Disappointed in product description, in particular the band sizing is too short. The various functions are not intuitive and requires too much effort to record basic information. Buying Apple watch in October.

Upgraded from the charge HR to the surge and love the differences. The bad is a lot more durable than the charge.

I waited a long time to buy this product as I felt it was too new!! But to my surprise it is exact what I was wanting!!

Turns out the heart rate monitor is not accurate! Since I am a runner this is a major bummer. In fact, I was trying to get my heart rate up to a good cardio level and it just wasn't getting there and ultimately strained myself.... not good.

I bought the surge before the Apple Watch and many other alternatives had GPS built into the watch. Unfortunately, the GPS functionality in my Surge was horrible. Often I'd stand outside for up to 20 minutes and never pick up a signal.

Bought this for my wife. It is exactly what she wanted in a fit monitor. She just have to remove it when she sleeps.

I picked up this ftbit not realizing t was a small wrist band, took it backa nd exchanged with no problems.

This is a good tool for running. I would reccomend it to others

My daughter was so happy to receive this Fitbit watch. It works great and she has had no problems with it.
