He seems to like it, but I know that the batteries don't last very long. My wife has the same one and her battery barely holds a charge anymore. Used to last days or almost a week on full charge. Now doesn't last a full day.

A Minor Complaint

I've had minor irritation but I was warned and if they start to really bother me I will get another wristband. I didn't know how to do a 1/2 star or it would have been a bit higher.

I really like that you can set goals for number of times you work out in a week, steps per day or hour, or meditation. The best feature for me is seeing the number of calories I burn when I work out as well as throughout the day...it definitely is a great reminder to not eat wasted calories. This Fitbit is definitely a great enhancement for those that are getting started with making healthier food and lifestyle choices.

Much better than the original

There are many more features, better health tracking, a more sturdy charging interface, and the ability to switch the bands. The interchangeable bands are the main reason for this purchase. The latex of the stand band aggravates my wife's skin, but this Fitbit allowed her to install a standard leather band.
