not easy for non techie people

It does not connect to my phone consistently so it will only sync when it feels like it. Therefore adding info for correct health tracking or trying to buy an app or download one is next to impossible. I have tried the chats and all they do is give me more links to follow.

One of the Best Fitness Smart Watches

For this being one of the top 2 devices from Fitbit (Ionic being the other). I highly recommend the Versa 2. It does have Alexa but the Text Replay only works on Android phones. That could be a deal breaker but you shouldn’t worry receiving text messages when you are working out. If you are looking for one with GPS I recommend the Ionic you get everything that that Versa 1 / 2 or Lite but with GPS.

Great device but slow or lost connectivity

However, despite having phone less than a foot in proximity, use get message device is not connected. I've tried reading and viewing videos in the hope to solve the issue but no luck. If you want a problem free device, I would go with the apple product. It's more expensive but believe worth saving you headaches.

This may have more features than I need. Battery seems to need charging after four days or so. That seems very frequently for something like this. It is annoying that I have to tap the screen four or five time to react. Don't know what that is about. Step count is not accurate. I may return for another Fitbit Charge. Otherwise looks nice and fits well.
