Device works but difficult to set up. Quality ??

Setting up some of the features are difficult and I have still had problems and not very good instructions. Also, my band broke and the unit fell a cracked the glass.

Like come on this is such a great mothers day gift. So far she has loved it and it has helped her so much by tracking her steps and just staying on track overall with herself.

The data is great though. Very helpful for someone trying to gain insight into patterns I need to work on. At this point I'm needing to download and upload music directly into the device since I don't want to carry my phone when I work out. Why have spotify if you can only fast forward to the next track on your device?...
