I like how it tracks your steps even when your not swinging your arm

I purchased this watch for my wife and she really enjoys it. The only 2 complaints I have heard is that the watch doesn't always count steps up a ladder as steps or floors. She always seems upset to be cheated of those steps. Second, she wishes you could answer the phone through the watch. It will alert her to a call and she can answer, but has to go to her phone to talk.

Great watch, bought it as a cheaper Apple Watch alternative.

Two stars because it is a beautiful watch. Otherwise the ease of use and navigation of the instructions (which were to small to read easily) was very difficult. Unable to change the face without downloading (why?) I've purchased less expensive fitness smartwatches that were much easier to set up, change face, and navigate through the instructions, and they worked fine. Having to take the band off to charge was very inconvenient and I'm sure over time, ware and tear would take over. I don't really like writing negative reviews, and I've seen some very positive reviews about this smartwatch. But after it was returned, a review was included in my Best Buy email. I'm sure Fitbit makes great products, but this one was not to my expectation.

Easy to setup and very comfortable. I wear it all the time

I bought the Fitbit Versa for my husband and after seeing how nice it was and all the things it can do, I decided to buy one too. I saw that they had come out with a Fitbit Versa 2, so thought I’d buy the newer version. I absolutely love it!! However, the only thing I noticed that it has over the Versa is the Alexa. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase! It keeps me on track.

It's a great alternative to a Samsung/Apple Watch if you don't want to pay the price of those watches. It just doesn't do the extra luxurious stuff that those watches do. The band easily collects like lint and small dust, but not enough to be dirty and it's easily wiped off. I wish there were a wider selection of bands for you to choose from though.
