The time is not correct

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought this item and return it for the same one ,The clock is not set for eastern time it is an hour behind ,The customer serivce rep and other rep tried so many time to get it to set with the correct time . a month later and it still has the wrong time .Maybe someday someone there can tell me how to set the clock on the fit bit .

Christmas Present for my son!

He originally wanted had wanted a smartwatch for a year now and we finally decided to get it for him. He loves all the new features of the FitBit- and the fun colorful screen. It seems to be very accurate with tracking, steps and heart rate. The only thing I think that would be better is that the charger is NOT INCLUDED.

I have nothing bad to say about the Versa 2. The only two issues I have are user errors (me). 1 I do not know how to add music and 2) I do not know how to remove apps on the watch I will not use or know if I even can. Like I said, the only downfall is related to user error.
