This is my Second Versa 2 Smartwatch. The Opted for a different color other than black. I was able to use the app to sync to my phone. Comes with band for fit larger wrist.

Birthday present for wife...she loved it. I was surprised that she wasn't into the special edition band...I thought it looked great but I guess it wasn't her style. She preferred the silicone band, also included. Consider that and maybe save $20 by just buying the ordinary version.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Fitbit Versa 2 as it has stopped working after only a few months of use. At first, I was very satisfied with the watch's features, including its fitness tracking capabilities, sleep monitoring, and heart rate monitoring. However, after a few months, the watch stopped turning on altogether, and no amount of troubleshooting could fix the issue. Additionally, I found that the watch's battery life was not as long as advertised, and it often needed to be charged every other day, even with minimal use. This was very frustrating, especially when I wanted to use the watch for extended periods of time. The watch's software was also not very user-friendly, and I found it difficult to navigate through the menus and features. The watch often lagged when I tried to open apps, and sometimes it would freeze entirely, requiring a reset. Finally, the watch's design was also not very durable. The band that came with the watch began to wear down quickly, and the buckle started to loosen, making it difficult to keep the watch securely on my wrist. Overall, I would not recommend the Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch, as it has proven to be unreliable and not worth the investment. There are many other smartwatches on the market that offer better features, longer battery life, and more durable design, making the Fitbit Versa 2 a disappointing choice.

No extra bells and whistles to distract or clutter. Excercising, music, calls, and alarms make this exactly what i was looking for in a wearable. Throw in some useful apps from the fitbit store and customizeable watchfaces and its uniquely your own. Love fitbits straighforward approach

The Versa 2 is right up there with Apple. Not as versatile with the chat apps and mail notifications, etc. but those features are really not necessary. I realized after getting the Versa 2 that the apple was not a good choice for me, the Versa 2 meets all of my needs and then some!!

This is the second Fitbit 2 for my Waite. The first one did a good job but was not Took an care of very well and took very few impacts before it broke. She dropped it a few times and hit it a couple times and it shatters. This was only out for six months. Hoping that this one last longer than a safer with a new band.

This works great! I havent figured out all the features yet. But the ones i have used i like. One of my favorite things is the vibration wake up. It is so much nicer to wAke up to a nice little vibration! I have an iphone xs and so far everything works great! I do recommend this product.

I like my versa. Keep me on check to keep moving alerting me when I haven’t walk for a while which is the main reason I bought it. I can see my messages and calls but I am not able to answer them through the phone because I have an iPhone. Android users can.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, she is 12 and my only complaint is that she needed to be 13 to have her full account and really take advantage of the watch, as for now she uses it under my account until she turns 13, other than that this is a great gadget and she loves the look and feel of it.

This watch was amazing. I would keep purchasing it if needed.

I like it I have and Apple Watch , but I got this so I can use it for work. It dose everything I need and even more. Plus the battery life is not Exactly what it says but it works good. Also I think it does pretty good on everything else so overall I like to watch

I am satisfied with my purchase and store experience. I purchased on Black Friday so you would assume the store was crazy, but I was ableto find what I wanted and checked out without any issue. I owned a Fitbit previously and decided to upgrade so I knew I would be satisfied with thelis watch.

Overall the fitbit works great. We did however have to replace the original band with one of a different material due to a skin allergy. Still 5 stars because thats not really a problem with the actual product.

My old Fitbit died. I had a couple Best Buy staff helping. I needed a metal band, as the plastic bands they come with cause a rash. Two associates, again, assisted in finding a metal band to fit my new Fitbit. I was rather compressed with the assistance I received. And, this one works!!

Me and my daughter both have this watch. Works great, although the setup can be a little confusing. But all in all it's a great watch especially if you like to run and not have to carry your phone with you. Since the watch can store Pandora Premium songs and Links to your bluetooth headphones.

Great price for a high quality smartwatch. I haven't activated it yet so can't say how it performs. But the buying experience with Best Buy was outstanding. Ordered on line and it arrived in my mail box a day early. Looking forward to having the time to get it up and running.

Love this Fitbit watch. All the various functions on it are excellent. You do not even have to sign up for the premium side of it. Still get a lot out of it without the premium!

My wife had a small heart attack and this device helps her to monitor her exercise and heart beat etc. She is not the most tech savy but has been able to use this device without any major problems. Would recommend this to all for ease of monitoring your fitness and health too. Great price too.
