My wife had the original versa and after a couple months pump the side of the watch and the screen cracked. Poor design with the screen exposed, lots of other people have the same issue and you can’t fix the screen. The new versa screen now has protection around it.

I like the features it has. It's very geared towards weight loss and general health and workout training. many good apps on it wallet pay gps weather and yes the date time

I have been pleased with the Fitbit that I purchased, and pleased with the assistance I received in setting it up. I am monitoring steps, calories burned and heart rate, and plan to add more to the fitness regimen. I find the 'alarm' feature useful as well.

I recently had the Charger HR, but I noticed it started to not track all my exercises, so I knew I needed a new one. After seeing all the newest Fitbits I was immediately interested in the Fitbit Versa 2, and I am so happy with my purchase and excited about all it can do.

We have 3 family members that love this watch, Works great and tracks very good. Sometimes loses connection to app on the iPhone but that would be the only drawback.

Got this to replace a Garmin that broke in less than 2 years Frankly, I love it more! The only thing that would make this better was if it integrated Google Assistant; it currently only supports Amazon Alexa. Otherwise, it integrates well with other apps and is stylish.

Loved the watch, especially the Alexa addition and all the updates. Only wish i could sync it to my Apple phone for texting(only does calls) as i like these better than Apple watches

Bought as a gift, it was a huge hit! I love that it sync's to the phone so that it's easier to stay in touch. As someone who kept his phone on vibrate and would constantly miss phone calls and take forever to respond to texts, this was a game changer!

I love my versa 2 fitbit. I upgraded from the Fitbit tracker and glad I did. Only down fall I have is that it doesn't have the text message feature so I could receive or read them when I'm away from my phone. Other than that, this watch is great.

I bought it for my mom... she loves it and I paired to her phone so she knows how many steps she been taking. The color is so cute and its light on the wrist. She loves that she can check her heart beat and put in how much water she drunk each day.

I love my Versa 2 especially the feature with Alexa because sometimes I just don't want to pick up my phone so all I have to do is tell Alexa what I want my text to say. Also love the app to view the weather much easier instead of going to my phone and opening the app up.

Very sleek and easy to use. The battery doesn't seem to last long and I'm not very fond of the strap. But otherwise it does what it is supposed to do and more. I really like that it can tell me who texts or calls me. This feature is especially useful when I'm at work.

Avoided getting one of these for some time but am glad I chose to go with this model; it provides the same services the other more expensive makes/models provide and is aesthetically pleasing.

Wish I was made aware of it not being compatible with I-Phone. Bought it for my wife and that is her only complaint. Had the Best Buy employee made me aware of that I probably would have purchased an Apple Watch.

Bought this for my wife. Great upgrade from the charge 3. Device is fully capable of performing most of the functions an apple or samsung smartwach is capable of. She loves the device so much that she has hardly taken it off. I call this a win. Happy wife, happy life.

Love this item. It is great because of the sleep tracker that lets us know when my wife will be cranky…=). Accurate with the steps, great with the text messages, and the heart monitor is helpful during exercise.

It worked great the first several days, however it was during thanksgiving and I wasn't really paying attention to it or trying to use the full features. Spotify, which played a huge role in my decision, is really just a marketing ploy. I have spotify premium so it works and that's as far as it goes. For example, if you want to do fitness tracking such as a run then you can't control your music; like, skipping the song, putting it on shuffle, etc. If you want to control your music during your run/workout you have to pause the workout find your Spotify app, then skip/choose a song, go back to your workout hit resume, and your back at it. Raise your hand if you like pausing in the middle of your run to select a song, nobody? Me neither. That's why fitbits ability to play Spotify, in my opinion, is just a marketing ploy because its function is absolutely bare minimum at best. Fitbits minimum functionality with Spotify is worth a 2 star deduction for me because I imagined not needing my phone to control my music and not having to choose whether I want my fitbit to track my run or if I want to control my music. Furthermore, I am deducting 1 more star because in the last 4 days my watch is having syncing issues with my galaxy s10. (Which means you can't use spotify when this happens). The first day I troubleshoot the problem myself and basically unpaired the versa 2 from my phone and fitbit app, cleared the cache from my phone, then redid setup process and that fixed it for 24 hours. Then the problem happened again so I called customer support. They were friendly and said they were having issues with this and had engineers on it, "give them 24 hours" I did and most the next day it was working again until I was ready for my workout and could not get watch to sync (which means no run tracking or anything of the sort as it needs to be connected to your phone for those features). So I called again, and they ran me through the troubleshooting process that was exactly like I did the first day and lo and behold it worked.... until the next day which is today. There was an update today but my phone could not sync with watch in order to update it. I call again and same exact troubleshooting method and it works. I ask, "will I have to do this every day to get my watch to work?" The customer service rep assured me that I would not have to. I hope he is right. What am I left with? I am left with a pedometer that is connected to a community that my family belongs to. Everything else is letting me down, including the sleep tracker, which 3 out of 4 of the last days hasn't given me a sleep score or hasn't tracked my different sleep cycles (which is a really cool feature). Basically I'm giving Fitbit 4 more days to convince me to keep it and all it has to do is stay synced with my phone for the majority of the time (I know nothing works 100%) I just need it to work when I need it to and not have to troubleshoot for 30 minutes before I go on a run/workout. If not then I will be returning this watch a long with the 3 other fitbit watches that I bought for my family because if the watch isn't good enough for me, its not good enough for me to give to someone.

Love my Fitbit. Received from grands and husband as a gift. I used another app not smart watch to log my steps, cardio, meals and more. This watch is great. Love the simplicity of logging and tracking utilizing Fitbit.com.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. We've had FitBits for years and left to try Apple iWatches a year ago. Mine is busted and she gave hers to our daughter in favor of another FitBit.

I upgraded from a Charge 2. I love that it is waterproof. Seems durable so far. Woven band is great and the attachment system is better than the clips on the Charge 2. Wish I could use the watch for my phone call, not just answering the phone. Would definitely buy this again.
