Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

Good at Fitness, terrible at smartwatching

So my wife loves Fitbit, she loves it more than the apple watch, it is extremely simple to use, and gives exactly what she wants, so to her it is a perfect watch/fitness band.... and to top it it off it has her Starbucks card right on it. So if is closer to describing you, you'll probably love it and shouldn't read any further on and you'll probably heavily disagree with my rating. ...now to my opinion... It's not great, I am using it because my wife wants me to use a Fitbit, I came from a Gear s3 and I really miss just about everything on that compared to this. The screen is not as responsive as I'd like, you can't download Spotify playlists straight to the phone, the Bluetooth doesn't connect consistently which means I can't use it to keep my phone unlocked, notifications will just stop until I turn my Bluetooth off and then on again on my phone (I've traced this back to it connecting to my galaxy buds and have learned to live with notifications not working while I work out and then reset the Bluetooth), the auto wake feature is more consistent since the last update but sometimes I'll have to shake my wrist a few time. Pretty much when I compare this to a 3 year old watch I find this lacking as a smart watch but I need a Fitbit and this is the best that they have and I really dislike the idea of having two smart devices on my wrist. I would love to see Fitbit either get with it and make a decent smartwatch (and I would love to go back to a round watch); or make a paid app on Samsung watches. I know google owns Fitbit and Wear OS is decent if not as good as Samsung's so maybe put the Fitbit on Wear OS? Anything other than this please. From a more techie person that is trying to get fit and share a platform with his wife... please please deliver a decent product for those people that actually use their smartwatches. As to if I would recommend this to a friend... I'm going to mark yes because yes I would recommend it to some friends... if you think you align towards someone like my wife that hates complex tech and just want your stuff to work then i'd recommend it for you; if think of yourself as a techie and don't have a "i need a fitbit " need I wouldn't recommend it.

Is not as complex as an Apple Watch, but I will keep track of your steps like it is supposed to do.

The wife needed a new Fitbit and so we went to Best Buy to look for a new one, This is the one she decided on and she loves it. The sales guy was very friendly and very responsive. Awesome experience.

Got this watch for my daughter, she didn't like it much so she had me return it. It was too large for her little wrist worked great though

Decent Watch. Does what I need it to do unless the exercise is too intense. The band is bad though. Leaves marks on my wrist because of the rubbing.

I like it. Love the color. My old one finally fell apart when i was doing laps in the pool. The only thing i wish the starp had 2 rings to hold it down.

staff, very helpful, the young lady helped me pick out the fibit that would work best with my and gave me a brief overview of how it work, using her own Fitbit demonstrate

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. The set up process was easy. She says it is very comfortable and wears it all day and night. Everything working fine so far. I think it might be a little generous with the steps.

It was a gift for my father and he likes it a lot. He does a lot of walking so this helps. He likes that he can monitor his sleep.

I love my FitBit and it is useful for all kinds of things! Only problem is that when I Initially got it, I had a different iPhone and when I got my new iPhone a couple months later I have never been able to sync it up with it again

LOVE the Versa 2. This is the second VERSA 2 I have purchased in the last 5 years. They work great and the rose gold color is a nice touch. Highly recommend.

This smart watch does everything the more expensive watches do with the exception of being able to talk to callers. You can see who is calling and actually answer the phone but you better be close to your phone.

I love my Fitbit Versa! So many wonderful functions & also displays who is calling, so when I leave my phone on my desk or I am in the yard, it alerts me that someone is calling. Great buy!

Love the features, but don’t push a cart and make sure to swing your arms or the steps do not count. Still think a hip-clipped step counter would be more accurate. Need to know % body fat to get accurate burning of calories too.

I love this fitbit! However water resistant up to 50 meters does not mean you can wear it into the ocean & just stand there while the waves crash over you.

Great for a bitbit, but not in love with the fitbit personally. I purchased for my husband, I have purched the largest straps and it still doesn't fit. My husband is 6"3, 375lbs. So now it just sits on the dresser.

I had the Charge 2 before this for years and decided to upgrade a little. Very happy with the purchase and the additional features it provides over the Charge 2. Battery lift is a bit shorter but that was expected, about 4 days or so.

I decided to purchase versa 2 because I have owned a fitbit for 2 years and loving but it was time for an upgrade. so the versa 2 was perfect for a fitness tracker and a smartwatch instead of getting an apple watch.
