I bought this smart watch for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. She had an older model fitbit and was looking to upgrade so i picked this up for her. The alexa feature is a little slow, but not too bad.

I love love love my Fitbit! I love being able to see who is calling and or texting me. I love keeping track of my health data! It has inspired me to be more active!

Such a great device for keeping ACCURATE track of steps and hpm! I love that you can see who’s calling and read messages on it too!

I got this for my wife. She really likes the size and the look. The only reason that this is a 4 and not a 5 is: It does not have a speaker in the watch. And she wished the way to get music on the phone was a little easier.

This Fitbit is a nice upgrade from the Charge 2. Although it was a great Fitbit, both our devices were getting old and less accurate and more difficult to update. So far so good with our new Versa 2's.

The Fitbit does as I expected. I wish it would have a little more on the free version without updating to premium. It does ok. Text comparable would be a bonus. Otherwise I probably would just buy an Apple Watch.

I've had a Fitbit on my wrist since 2017 and loved this one when I bought it. Great display, battery life was awesome, and plenty of different band options. 15 months later though and it's a paperweight. Now it is stuck in a loop of restarting which Fitbit customer support has been unable to help with. For the price this is just unacceptable. Guess it's time to try something new as my loyalty only goes as far as a company's loyalty.

Great Device. I just don't favor the pre-loaded apps. Also, the band is shorter than what I need it to be, and I don't have a large arm.

Best Buy provide good web media exposure to price specials on their products, with reasonable interest free payment terms that make consumer purchases more affordable, especially during the Christmas Season.

Works as described. More features than I needed. Main reason for purchasing met. Only issue is low battery life.

I love all of the features this tracker has to offer. It’s convenient for hands free payment and it is able to sync with my Spotify. Looks nice on the wrist and I enjoy it more than the Apple Watch.

upgraded watch is great. I enjoy using it. Would hope that in future models they begin to allow for texting/calling capabilites. Right now, you can receive texts and calls but you can't respond.

My wife has the first Fitbit I got her for her birthday then she saw the Fitbit 2 and gave big hints for xmas she loved style and color so I gotta get it for her for XMAS.as they say happy wife happy life.

It took me a couple hours to completely sync my Versa 2 to my phone using an app. Mostly had trouble with correct passwords. But once I got it synced I absolutely love it!

They’re a great tool to have this is the second one purchased in a year so I’m not sure about the longevity of the product. It’s like anything else there’s always a chance to get a lemon.

I love my Versa 2. Great addition to my fitness program! I thought it would be too large for my wrist but not at all. Very comfortable for workouts and for sleeping. Love the sleep data it provides!

I bought this watch to track workouts and I'm very impressed. I love how detailed the app gets with my workouts and I love how accurate it is. Its a great alternative to the expensive Apple Watch.

I like that is has Alexa included and the Spotify. I can do everything I need without the need of using the phone. The only bad thing is that it has failed to record a couple of workouts but for the most part, great product.

I bought this as a gift and the person I gave it to loves it. It was to replace their fitbit charge 2. They love the bigger size and the alexa connectivity. I am probably going to get one for myself based on their experience.
