This is my second Versa 2, this is for my daughter, her Versa lite fell apart. I like this product a lot, but Fitbit CS is NOT that good

It’s a nice beginner smart watch, would recommend this to anyone that does Not an apple.

To be honest, Im not too impressed with my fitbit. The "step tracker" doesn't always work, which is extremely frustrating for someone who counts steps, and the heart rate monitor doesn't always work either. I have tried different bands, a more loose/snug fit and have continued to have the same issues over and over. I give up. However, I gave the fitbit a 3 star (vs a 1) because my fiance has one as well and doesn't seem to have any issues with it. Perhaps mine is defected. Either way. 3 stars It is.

This is a great watch. I like how it keeps track of my exercising and steps. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a versa 1 and I upgraded to the versa 2. Very happy with it. Didn’t really care for the material band so switched it out to the other band that came with it.

Counts all my steps and miles for the day. I can wear on my arm so it doesnt miss steps like my phone does when I'm not carrying it.

Love everything about my Fitbit watch the young man that help me was very knowledgeable and helping me tell me everything that the Fitbit watch do.

The versa holds up a lot better than my inspire hr did. It has a lot more customizable options (clock layouts, etc) and I can program my own apps for it which is a plus.

I have an I watch but got this for my wife. She forgets to charge her phone so this is ideal bcs battery life lasts at least 5 days.

Works for what I need. Still trying to figure out some features. But generally easy to use

This is about three years designed old product, it is what I needed. Price was dropped compare to newest model.

ibouth it for my father on father's day, it motoviates him to walk every day and he can keep the tab of his heart rate during his walks,nothing more than I wanted.

Works like a charm. Easy to setup and use. Best Buy associate was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very good buying experience.

Upgraded my boyfriends older fitbit with this one for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Having a screen makes a big difference.

Similar to Versa but with some small upgrades. Having Alexa is nice but I rarely use it. My only complaint is I can't get it to consistently sync texts with my Pixel 3.

I really love my Fitbit versa 2. I really like that it's waterproof and that it tracks everything. It keeps me motivated at all times. I like that it has the Alexa option.

Excellent product. My son wanted to update his fitness tracker, but wanted some of the extra features associated with smart watches. This fit the bill and was on sale too!

Very easy to find the product I was looking for, the price competitive and shipped quickly to me. The experience of on line shopping at Best Buy was great!

Wife is enjoying upgraded Fitbit. Move from the Blaze (now discontinued) seems to be worth the expense. Would like to see a better price on this product in the future however. It is pricey.

Wife needed a new Smartwatch after she busted her old one. Only complaint that I have is that there is no Geek Squad for the watches. She loves it so I can't complain.
