Bought this as a gift for my wife. She uses it for fitness tracking only. It was easy to setup, connect via bluetooth to her iPhone, and sync. She is very happy with it.

I bought this Fitbit watch for my sister as a bday gift, as I own one and love it. So far she is using most of its features, and loving it. She appreciates the Alexa function. Nice buy!

Bought for my son because he plays lots of tennis and can now track this. The gray is just so nice looking. Much nicer than the black and it still goes with everything.

I did have a problem with my first fitbit and contacted the company and it was corrected with no problem. The immediately shipped a new fitbit and works great.

I had the first generation, which was great. This is improved battery life but sometimes the notifications of messages does not come thru

It does everything I need it to. I love it and I'm very happy with it. Since having it i have been more active. I like that you have a lot of choses for clock faces.

I've owned a number of fitbit trackers, this is the worst. Fails to sync consistently, this has been going on from the outset. Multiple soft/hard resets, works for a week or two then fails to sync again. Look elsewhere. Really wanted to like it, Fitbit's app is useful, especially the sleep tracker, battery life is good, but can't get past the issues.

Never had a fitbit before.just got it and im loving it.couldn't affordxa smart watch.this works just as good.can see my messages and phone calls.
